Chapter 10

(Pov Nina)
It was Monday today. Time to go to school again. I got out of bed and took a shower. I got ready for school. Grayson was picking me up to go to school. Ethan would be back tonight.

I took my bag and went outside to get in Grayson's car. "Hey cutie." He said with a smile and gave me a kiss. "How did it go yesterday?" I asked. "Are you really interested or do you just want to start a conversation?" He said laughing. "I'm interested." I answered laughing as well. "It went good. I actually got you something." He said. "What?!" I laughed. "I don't do drugs sorry." I added. He laughed. "No I didn't buy you drugs. I sold some stuff and with the money I bought you something I hope you would like. I'll show it to you at school. We could've skipped school today but I know you don't like skipping and you want to graduate and go to your dream college." I laughed. "Yes I do want to go to college. I wanna go to Yale. It's my biggest dream." He smiled. "Well. Lets go to school then." We both laughed and Grayson focused on the road again.

We arrived at school and Grayson parked his car. "Let me show you your gift." Grayson said excited and got out of the car. I also got out and he opened the trunk. "Here you go." He said and handed me a bag that said 'gucci'. My jaw dropped. I got out the box and opened it. A really beautiful black belt with a golden Gucci sign was in there. I covered my mouth with my hand. "No way you bought this for me." I said with a big smile. I hugged him. He laughed and hugged me back. "I just wanted to give you this as apology because I wasn't honest with you at the beginning." He said. "Thank you so much Gray. But can I leave this in your car because I'm not gonna carry it around at school all day." I said. "Yes of course. Here." He said and opened the trunk.

We walked into school because we were already a little late. "Nina. You can go inside already. I need to smoke a cigarette." Grayson said. I nodded and walked to class.

"Hey N. How are you." Ally said when I sat down next to her in class. "Good. How about you?" I asked. "Not really. Me and Kyle have been arguing after we went to the bar yesterday." She said sad. "Awe, why?"

"He just gets really jealous. It's like he doesn't trust me."

"Just tell him he can trust you and you would never do anything behind his back."

"Yeah I wi-" she said but everyone stopped talking. I saw Grayson coming in. I chuckled. He looked at me and smirked. He went to sit behind us. I turned around. "Hey." I said and Ally looked at me as if I was insane. I haven't told her about me and Grayson yet. "Hey." He said winking. Ally's jaw dropped. "Okay class. Quiet please! Open up your books on page 55 and read the text about the human brain." The teacher said. "You have some explaining to do young girl." Ally whispered to me. I laughed. "I'll tell you after class." I said laughing. I felt a hand on my shoulder. "Shhh, I'm trying to read." I heard Grayson say and he massaged my shoulder. I let out a giggle. "Are you?" I asked laughing. He nodded with a smile. I shook my head and started reading the page.

When the bell rang Ally immediately asked me what was up between me and Grayson. I started laughing. "Me and Grayson have been going out since Friday." Her jaw dropped. "Wait what the fuck." She said and I laughed harder. Grayson was outside with a couple of his friends. "Why haven't you told me this earlier?" She asked. "Because it just didn't come up."

"Wow, that's actually so weird but I'm happy for you. As long as he makes you a happy gal."

"Oh my gosh Al, don't say gal please." We started laughing and went to the cafeteria.

We ate our food and had a couple more minutes left till lunch break was over. "Oh my god. I see Kyle. What do I do?!" Ally said. "Go talk to him!" I said and pushed her in Kyle's direction. I chuckled and went outside to see if Grayson was there. I saw him. He turned around and saw me too. He said something to his friends and threw his cigarette on the ground. He blew out the smoke and walked up to me. "Hey N." He said placing his hands on my waist. "Hi." I said with a smile and coughing because of his cigarette smell. He laughed. "Sorry I'll put on some deodorant later." I smiled and leaned in to kiss him. He pulled back and looked to the entrance of the school. He quickly took his hands off of me. "What happe-." I looked to the side and saw Ethan. "Oh .. Ethan happened." I mumbled to myself. Grayson walked over to Ethan and they were saying something. Ethan handed something to Grayson really sneaky and looked around him if anyone saw it. Grayson put it in his pocket and they were both coming this direction. I got inside and acted like I've never been there so Ethan wouldn't assume anything. I then got a text from Grayson.

I'm sorry. I didn't know Ethan was coming earlier. He was supposed to come tonight. I'll talk to you later. Maybe I can come to yours tonight?

My mom wants to meet Grayson so I think tonight is a good opportunity.

Yes, you can come at 6. My parents wanted to meet you. I'll see you tonight xo

I wonder if Grayson will tell Ethan about what's going on between me and Grayson. It can't stay a secret forever. I walked back to where I left Ally and Kyle. They were talking and laughing. I Guess they are good again.
