Nothing happened, I just sat there with him awkwardly staring at me the whole time I was eating, and I couldn't give him a glare back just to indicate to stop staring at me. I don't know why I just couldn't. After that, we had classes and the rest of they day was just, ew.

It wasn't until I was gathering my things from my locker and as I close it, I saw Chase, again. What was with him following me around.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"I was wondering if you would want to come to a party?" He asked.

"Sorry, not my thing." I closed my locker door and started to walk away. "Besides, I don't wanna die young."

"Die young? What do you mean?" I ignore him and keep walking, I could feel him following me.

"I could give you a ride," he continued to ask. What is up with asking me so many questions?

"Excuse you, just cos you're hot, doesn't mean I should give in." I blurted. Oh shit, Why did I say he's hot. I'm stupid, incredibly stupid.

"I'm hot, huh?" He smirked.

"Don't flatter yourself, it was my mistake."

"Am I though?"

"No, you're not my type." Stop asking me questions, goddamn.

"Then what is your type?"

"Not you, definitely." I walked off, please no more of this jerk.

Grandma's place was a twenty minute walk and when I got even ten minutes in, he pulled up beside me. Is this guy a stalker?

"Come to the party with me." He said.

"Is that an order?"

"No, I want you."

"Look, what is it that you want? All of a sudden, we bump into each other, and we're now 'best friends?' I don't understand, nor do I care, leave me alone." I said sarcastically crying.

"Come to this party and I will leave you alone for the rest of the week, or else, I'm just gonna have to get closer and I'm assuming you wouldn't like that."

"Make it two weeks, and maybe I'll go."

"I don't take 'maybe' as an answer. Yes or No?"

"If it means that I wouldn't have to talk to you then yes." I paused. "What kind of party is it?"

"I don't know, just do whatever, and expect to have some fun, with me."

"You know what? I'm just gonna go home now."

"Isn't that where you're going right now?"

"Yes, but without you stopping you."

"I'm distracting you with my sexiness?"

"Don't flatter yourself. Bye." I walked off, finally.

The next day I decided to drive myself to school, didn't want to be harassed like yesterday by Chase. When I went to the change room, I changed into my PE clothes, black yoga shorts and a white tee something simple. I went out of the change room and Immediately, Aspen spotted me.

"Hey Harp!" Aspen cheerily called.

"Don't call me 'Harp'"

"Why not! I think it suits you!"

"Well, I'm not a musical instrument so, no."

"Why so dull?! Anyways, are you gonna go to Chase's party?"

"Yeah, I guess."

"Yay! Can I come over and dress ya up?"

"Nah, I'm good."

"Well! I'll take that as a 'yes'!" I rolled my eyes, thinking that there's no other other choice but to just let it happen.

"Okay class, today we're starting volleyball! Lets separate into two teams!" The gym teacher said. I was actually quite good at volleyball and I did enjoy it too. We started the game, I noticed Chase was on the opposite team, I was on position two and he was on position four. I honestly wanted to spike the ball on his face. The points were 4-3 and one of the balls fell on my side, I decided to be a nice person and pick it up.

"Damnn! That ass!" A guy said as I bent down to grab the ball. I decided to ignore it and continued the game. Just then, when the game was over, Chase walked up to me.

"Next time wear longer pants." Chase demanded.

"Why should I?"

"Don't you care if some guy comments on your ass?"

"No, I don't care. Listen, I don't need you to tell me what I can and can not wear. You're not my father and you never will be so why don't you just shut up."

"Woah! Chill babe! Just wanted to look out for you."

"Don't call me 'babe'."

"And don't tell me what to do." He smiled. "Oh, and what 'bout that party? You still comin?"

"I mean, you forced me to so I don't really have a choice. And what about that promise, the one about not talking to me for two weeks."

"Please, you'll be begging for my company. Two weeks is too long."

"Look at the one who's begging now."

"I like how you're so hard to get." One of his friends that was a girl, grabbed his arm and took him away before I had the chance to make a nice comeback, they were both laughing, I could tell something was going to happen between them. Oh, I shouldn't even care anyways.
