I got in the elevator and went down to the hotel lobby. I walked outside where I saw Mason standing there, smiling.

"Wow, you look stunning." Mason said as I walked out.

"Thank you, you don't look bad yourself." I walked to him and spoke. He was wearing a white t-shirt and black jeans, that was all it took for him to look handsome.

"You hungry?" Mason asked.

"I'm actually very hungry."

"That's great, I know a pizza place around here. Do you like pizza?"

"Yeah, sounds nice."

"Alright, let's head out." Mason smiled.

"Oh wait-I forgot my phone." I said while digging through my purse.

"Oh, I'll wait here, you can go back and get it."

"Thanks, sorry."

"No problem."

I ran back up as quick as possible. I went in my room and dug through the beds, no sign. I looked in the bathroom but still couldn't find it. Until I found it lying on the hotel room desk, I felt utterly stupid.
I ran to the desk and grabbed it, then headed outside. As I walked out of the hotel, I heard Chase's voice, immediately knowing there was trouble.

"Why the fuck would you-"

"Bro, I don't know what you want, and I'm not looking for trouble." I heard Mason shout.

I saw Chase grab Mason by the collar and almost swung a punch, but I ran in just before it happened.

"What the hell are you doing!" I screamed, pushing Chase back from Mason.

"Harper, get back." Chase said softly, glaring into Mason's eyes.

"NO, he's my friend. We were just going out for dinner, just like how I went to dinner with you guys, there's nothing you need to punch him for." I said explaining myself.

Before I knew it they were throwing punches at each other, I had to do something.

"STOP IT." I yelled, using all my strength to try and pull them apart. Nothing was working. There was only one thing to do. I had to try and put myself in the middle of their fight, and I hope for the best.

"Harper! Move!" Chase shouted.

"You do not want to get in the middle of this." Mason said.

"Chase, leave." I demanded.

"I just-Never mind." He said storming off. I had no idea what had just happened. But the fighting had stopped. I looked up to see Mason with a bleeding lip and him wiping the dirt off his shirt.

"I'm so sorry about that." I apologized. "Let's get you cleaned up."

"It's fine...I just need to clean up in a bathroom and we can head out..." Mason whispered, still smiling.

"Alright."

I took Mason upstairs to my hotel room and let him get cleaned up in my bathroom. I saw Aspen sitting on her bed watching a Rom-com, eating popcorn. She was shocked by the fact that a man has just walked through my bathroom looking like he just gone ran over by a truck.

"Uh, Harper? Can I ask who that is?" Aspen said, surprised.

"I'll tell you after." I said not wanting to deal with another interrogation. I grabbed a wash cloth and slowly opened the bathroom door, after knocking. I took a look his face and walked up to him, gently rubbing the left over stained blood from his lip.
