A Tale For Two

Chapter 1: Plans

Alphys is on the couch with her laptop on her lap. Alphys is looking up Mew Mew Kissy Cutie to get more posters of Mew Mew and her friends.

Alphys came across an interesting picture of Mew Mew and just so happens Mettaton walks over and says,"Hello Alphys darling! What are looking up?"

Alphys admittedly shut the laptop and said quickly," Oh n-nothing".
Mettaton gave Alphys a look and said,"Come on let me see".

"Would you look at the time, I need to meet up with Undyne," said Alphys getting up and bring the laptop with her.

Mettaton just shrugged. He didn't really care what Alphys was looking at, he just wanted her to get off the couch so he could lay down.

Mettaton gets on the couch and lays down. He turned on the tv to MTT TV and is watching reruns of episodes. Alphys went into her room and shut down her laptop.

She took off her lab coat. She replace her other tank top with a different one that said Mew Mew on the top. Alphys put on a pair of jean shorts. Alphys walked out of her room.

Mettaton looked at Alphys and said, "Woah, loving those new jean shorts I got for you darling!"

"Y-yeah there cute I guess," said Alphys putting on a sweater.
Alphys zipped her sweater and walked by the door.

"Where are you going Alphys?" asked Mettaton.

"I told you I am meeting up with Undyne at her house and we are going to get lunch," answered Alphys.

"Wait, so Undyne, Sans and Papyrus aren't coming here?" asked Mettaton.
"Yeah. Why do you ask? Wait a minute- do you have a crush on-"

"Alphys I swear to god, I don't! I am just curious".

"Sure Mettaton. Anyways, bye Mettaton, don't make a huge mess".
Alphys opened the huge doors and walked out side.

"I won't! Bye Alphys!" shouted Mettaton.
But Alphys was already out of the door. Mettaton's phone was ringing. Mettaton got up and picked up his phone.

"Hello darling! Mettaton speaking," Mettaton answered the phone.

"Hi Mettaton! I am so glad I have found your number!" said the voice on the phone.
Mettaton thought the voice was familiar. He realized it was Papyrus.

"Papyrus, is that you?" asked Mettaton.

"Why of course it is me!" answered Papyrus.

"Oh my god, how did you get my phone number?" Giggled Mettaton.

"Easy, I just dialed all of the numbers till I got yours!" said Papyrus.

Mettaton started laughing.
"No way! Papyrus you are too funny," said Mettaton through his laughter.

"Really? Wow Mettaton, you think I am the funny one?" said Papyrus.

"Of course, I mean Sans puns can get really annoying".

"Welcome to my world Mettaton".

"Hehe, yup. So uh, why did you call me?"

"Well, I am just really bored and was wondering what are you doing".

"Oh nothing right now, Alphys just left to go out with Undyne. So I am home alone".

"Okay, I was just wondering maybe if I could come over and have a play date with each other! You know, like what friends do all the time".

Mettaton couldn't believe Papyrus wanted to hang out with him, he always thought Papyrus thinks he is annoying or snobby.

"Sure that would be lovely darling! I mean a least I am not home alone anymore," said Mettaton.

"Great! Should I come over now or other time today?" asked Papyrus.

"Now would be great. I am feeling kinda, lonely right now," answered Mettaton.

"You would not be lonely anymore! I, the great Papyrus will get to your mansion in a jiffy!"

"Okay, see you later papy".

"See ya Mettaton".

Mettaton hung up the phone. He put his phone down. Okay Mettaton, you need to work on your walking and posing if Papyrus is coming. I have to look good, Mettaton thought.

Mettaton stopped walking and instead sashayed into the bathroom. He got his MTT black lipstick and applied more onto his top metal lip. He looked at himself in the mirror and said,"Damn, I look hot".

He walked out of the bathroom and turned on stereo. He hooked his phone up to the stereo. He turned the volume all the way up. The stereo was blasting Death by Glamour. He was dancing to it has went into the kitchen and got out the materials to cook spaghetti.

Mettaton was cleaning up the mansion has his favorite songs were blasting. 10 minutes later he heard the door bell ring. He ran to the stereo, paused the song and shut the stereo off. He ran to the speaker by the door and said into it,"Who is this?"

"It's me Papyrus," said a voice coming out of the speaker.

Mettaton opened both of the huge doors and saw Papyrus is still always wearing his "battle body" costume.

Papyrus had his hands behind his back and said,"Hello Mettaton!"
