Silverfang lifted into the air, flying after the rest of the Aurae team. All of the dragons in the mess hall flew out of the room, landing on a pad that rose into the air and out of the Academy. Flashscar dragged Silverfang onto her pad, where Silverfang took out her ID and swiped it under a scanner. A beep came from the machine, and within the next ten seconds, the pad had lifted and shot out of a hole in the roof. It stopped as the ring of floor met the floor above. Silverfang gasped. The cabins were actually about twenty or so large buildings on a green hill. In the distance, there was a large forest. A stream ran through the trees, emptying out in a small pond on the meadow. Silverfang looked behind her to see holes opening up in the ground. Her friends stepped off their plates, and Venomwing motioned to Silverfang to follow her as she flew over the first few cabins. Silverfang flapped her wings, rising into the air and following after her friends. Serpentis flapped a bit before flying off her head, and Silverfang realized what she previously thought was a frill was actually a pair of wings that folded back to create a flap of skin. Serpentis stretched it's wings, soaring through the air. Silverfang followed after the serpent, gliding theough the air effortlessly. Once they neared the ground, the serpent folded its wings back and glided on its frill. They arrived at an especially large cabin. Above the doorway, someone had scratched into the wood: AURAE. Frozenclaw concentrated, and a shard of ice rose out of the ground. She picked it up, using her claws to shape it into a key. Steamblade picked up the key from the ground, plugging it into the lock and turning before shoving the door open. Then he removed the key, conjuring a ball of fire to melt it. "Silverfang, welcome to the Aurae cabin."

On the ground floor, there was a huge living room that connected to a basement, a dining room, a kitchen, and a gaming room. Silverfang followed Steamblade up the stairs, where there was a long hallway with several rooms. At the end of the hallway, there was another staircase. On the third floor, there was another set of rooms and yet another staircase that eventually led to an attic and a storage room. "Okay, this place is huge." Silverfang commented. Steamblade motioned for Silverfang to follow him down the stairs. "Here, we have a few extra rooms. You could have Room 209, 213, or 215." Silverfang looked inside Room 215. It was a large room, but it only had one window, so Silverfang passed. In Room 213, the room was small, but it had a set of ceiling-to-floor windows. Silverfang passed because the Room was too small for her taste. The final room, 209, was medium-large sized and sported a set of ceiling-to-floor windows that led to a medium-sized porch. "I'll have Room 209." Steamblade nodded, giving Silverfang a key marked with the numbers 209. "Tell me if you need any help. I usually manage the rooms around here because the rest of them would probably lose all the keys within a week in." Silverfang nodded, and thanked Steamblade before heading downstairs.

Everyone was in the gaming room. They were waiting for a fourth player to complete their team. "Okay, I'll try. Someone has to teach me how to play though." Frozenclaw nodded and handed Silverfang a controller. "Okay, the game we're playing is Fortex. Basically, the idea of the game is the gather resources and build a fort and stuff before the Prep timer goes out. Then, you're given a bunch of random weapons or tools and you have to try to take down another person's fort while simutaneously makin sure that your fort isn't attacked. At the center of your fort, you have a flag. The point of the game is to capture your enemy's flags and bring them to the center base, which counts as taking down a fort. The L button lets you pick up things, and the R lets you place them. To hit something, you stand in front or next to it and press the X button. You use the joystick to control the player. If you press Y and then push the joystick in any direction, you throw the item you're holding. The Start button begins the game and opens the inventory. The Menu button opens the menu, and you can run by holding the B button and using the joystick. Lastly, the A button lets you interact with weapons or the people around you, so you can get some stuff from them. For example, stand in front of the brick guy and press A, and you'll get ten bricks. Got it?" Silverfang nodded. Flashscar tapped a button on the television, and it split itself into four smaller ones. Then Frozenclaw tapped the ON button on the game box, and Venomwing inserted a thin chip into a slot. All four screens turned white, and then, simultaneously, all of them flashed the same pop-up: PLEASE CLICK START TO CONTINUE. Silverfang picked up the controller and pressed Start with her claw. The opening screen flashed, and then the game screen flashed up. "Co-player or Singular?" The voice asked. Flashscar selected Co-Player mode. The game registered the information, and then it began.
