Upon writing this story, I too was bullied, and that strengthened my love for writing this book. I had a lot of doubts about this book as well, and how I took it. Some debates during the book were:
-Would Sara die or not?
-During the brief break up of Rodney and Steve, would Rodney be bisexual or just gay? I already had plans for Steve to be a closeted homosexual.
-If Sara would try to kill herself twice or only once.
The story's cover was originally created by me, but then I found a creater who stylized the book so perfectly and dramatically, I just had to change it. I was going to try to make this longer, but I felt like having this be a short story just fit better. If I let it drag on, I didn't think people would be as entertained. I originally found Justine Ezarik from her "YouTube" account "ijustine" and simply fell in love with her.
I want to thank these awesome people for keeping this book alive.
-My best friend, you know who you are.
-My girlfriend, of course you know who you are.
-All of my fans online. I appreciate it.
-Theatre kept my imagination alive, without it, this story may have never been built.
I also want to acknowledge my dog, because I love him.
Some songs I want to mention, for they could very well be known as this book's theme song:
-Who's Laughing Now by Jessie J.
-****ing Perfect by P!nk.
-Who Says by Selena Gomez
These songs were all in my head during the creation of this piece.
Thank you for reading "The R Word". I have a surprise for you coming soon. I love my fans, and everyone.
