I woke up to an unfamiliar ceiling.
Hey, it's Suelyana again!
Finally slept under the same roof with a guy, but not under that kind of consequences.
Is it okay for me to start this monologue with a dirty joke?
I don't know. I went to sleep last night – hoping that all of this is just a bad dream.
I thought that these events are just akin to the Christmas Carol - a given life lesson in order for me to appreciate my shitty life more.
I walked out from bed and headed towards the bathroom. A nice bath should relieve me from this agony for a moment.
"OUCH ouch OUCH! Too hot! Who play around with the water TEMPERATURE?!"
"Good morning, Suelyana!"
Stop giving me that happy expression, man! I'll kill you! This is all because of your female...Servant (come on, that's totally a sexual innuendo!).
He sipped on his coffee while humming a very familiar tune. The rhythm is so recognizable – I swear I had heard it before all through my childhood.
Wait a second...
That's the national anthem! Why on earth would you randomly hum the national anthem?!
"...selamat bertakhta..."
You don't know the rest of the lyrics?!
Hey, is that his Servant? Her eyes were glued to the television screen with a controller held carefully between her fingers.
"I bought a console for her yesterday. This will keep her out from my phone."
"Are you supposed to be her babysitter or something?"
Suddenly, Archer came out from the back of the house and seated herself beside Saber.
"Here comes Player 2!", the game announced. With a smile of confidence, Saber declared: "I will go easy on you, Archer. After all, I have more experience in this."
But, the smile quickly faded from her face as she watched the state of her avatar - brutally massacred by the opponent's character on the screen.
"HAHAHAHA what a loser! You suck, Saber! You suck! Kill yourself! Kill yourself now!"
"Master, stop saying that! You might invoke the Command Spell! I don't want to stab myself!"
What's with the family picnic atmosphere? I'm getting really pissed off.
Isn't this war involving killing each other or something?
"Yeah, I think it's about time we properly explain everything to Suelyana, you know, given her situation and all. You don't mind, right, Archer?"
The guy abruptly proposed amidst the chaotic state, with his lifeless eyes directly locked at me. Archer just made a slight hand movement, signalling that she was totally fine with that suggestion.
"I believe I had covered up the essential parts. I leave the remaining clarification in your hand, Master of Saber."
A gentle smile appeared on his face. Well, he had done nothing but smile and laugh all this time – but this particular smile seems to possess its own weight, as if he was remarkably pleased with something.
"Hey, Saber. Follow me. We'll do this together!"
"Ah, come on, Master!"
I proceeded to the back of the house, where the kitchen was situated. Me, together with Saber and her Master, took a seat along the dining table - leaving Archer all alone at the living hall.
