I slammed my car door shut. I got it all now. He never actually wanted her to have feelings for me. He wanted her all to himself because he knows.
Alright I've probably lost you, right? Well, listen very closely to every word I say. The boys and I aren't just a bunch of hateful people. All of us act this way to certain people that could possibly be a threat to us, so they will surely stay away from us.
The reason why we try to keep certain people away is because they are being chased by hunters and half of them don't even know why.
Your probably thinking I'm crazy by now, and I get that. I used to think so, too. Now before I tell you anything else I'm just going to come clean with you. Every member of this little clique is a wolf, and Logan is the alpha. James never liked that. He always thought he should have been the alpha. He goes around and plays with girls then usually gets rid of them somehow.
James would be the last choice for alpha. The only reason we still keep him around is simply so he can be watched and kept under control. If we let him out of our sight, the damage could be brutal.
I try to trust him. Keep him happy. Never really date people that he was interested in. But I've come to realize that that can't happen anymore. And as much as I hate to admit it, I do have feelings for Rachel. We knew each other all through middle school and used to hang out all the time.
I secretly wrote her name on my wrist when I was younger. Nobody knows, but her name is actually behind my ear. . I got that tattoo right before I disappeared.
While it was fun to mess with her, it was great to be able to talk to her again. I loved Rachel Valentine.
"Logan? " I asked into our quiet house. I found Connor eating and Logan picking out his clothes. Guys. Code red." I said. They looked at me as gold flashed in their eyes. "James has taken Rachel because he knows that she's different." I said. "How did he find out?" Logan asked. "No idea." I replied. Logan growled a low and long growl and put on his pants.
I saw a quick flash on the wall. I walked over to see a small camera that had been placed inside a wall. I saw only a tiny bit of it. Just enough for James to be watching the boys and my every move.
I looked around the wall, looking for something that looked off on a normal wall, proving there was a button to open something. I later found a button on the wall to open the little area. He had a tiny tv in there, too. Did he watch TV on this when he was bored? Or did he just stare at his next victim. Wait. I knew the room on it. It was. It couldn't be, but it was. It was Rachel's room.
I looked into the camera and started speaking. "You underestimate us, James, we know you have Rachel, and were coming to get her, and end you once and for all," I said. I took the camera out and tossed it to Logan. He carefully took it outside and smashed it on the ground, leaving not a single working part.
Rachel Valentine was no human. Rachel Valentine was a werewolf.
