"Now listen, we don't need you for anything super scary and dangerous, we just need to talk. "You know half of us have mind communication!" The boy Jax shrieked, but the man went on as if he didn't hear him. "As we were kindly interrupted, this is the sneem elimination association. Lame name, but it makes sense. Now we aren't going to go off and battle a ton of sneems to eliminate them, but rather keep you from them. Because if you guys join them, many others will in fear and our world will end. No human form will survive. This is how we are and I quote, 'eliminating them.' They must be stopped, and if you guys stay away from them, they will somehow die off eventually. Now Jax i understand that, but i wanted you all together so you could discuss it with one another if that is okay with you." The man said. "You don't even know me. I've been through more crap than the president, so you don't even come close to understanding who i am." He spat back. "I don't need to know who you are, i just need to know what you won't do." The man said.

Jax slumped down in his chair and met my eyes. "What. You wouldn't understand either." He snapped. I looked away  from this confusing boy and brought my eyes back up to the man's. "My name is James, and you will be waking up here every 3 months." He said. "You've got to be kidding me!" Victor shouted. Werewolves. "It's just to check up on you guys." The man James said. "All this talk about not joining them makes me want to even more. It's not like you can kill me. You need me." He said dragging out the need. James glared at him but stayed silent. I guess it was true.  "Discussion dismissed!" Victoria yelled. Everybody got up and started walking away. "Hey babe." Victoria said smashing her lips into Jax. Uh gross, i guess they really know each other. If i was going to be working with these people, i guess i should make some friends. So i found the older girl. "Anna?" I asked. "Yeah?" She asked back. "Well i don't exactly need anything, but i thought an older werewolf friend would be good for me. My friends back home are crazy."  I said. Then i remembered. Back home. My  brother and mom. Alex said my mom was okay but i don't even know where my other family members are!I would have to worry about that later, because this was important, too.

"I don't know, Rachel. You seem to be more experienced than me, but sure, I love friends. Maybe sometime you could join my tribe if you never find yours." She replied quickly. "Oh, um th-thank you." I stuttered out. That did seem awfully nice. One friend down, 4 to go. No way was i talking to those demon freaks, why would anybody want to? I decided to talk to this 'Victor' guy. "Hello, beautiful." He said. I slowed down my walking and approached him slowly, because his words only entered my head as he smirked at me. Professional by day, womanizer by night apparently. This room was huge, so much space to spin around on. The grand chairs at the front of the room had to be solid something, causing them to be very expensive. "I said hello." He repeated out loud. "Actually if i recall correctly, you said hello, beautiful," I said smirking back at him. "Whatever," He mumbled looking away. "So I need to befriend you. I don't need your number or anything, but know i will be talking to you through my thoughts," I stated walking away.

I quickly made friends with everybody. The mergirl Lanie, obviously my new young wolf friend, Victor, the farie Lilah, and Anna the early Mate girl. I didn't bother speaking to the demons, they might bite my head off. "You are all free to go now." James spoke up. The demons suddenly up and disappeared, probably to think about how to become a sneem. But who cares, two depressed people aren't going to ruin this. Five more people are still going to stand strong, I hope. But before I could continue to think, i was being pushed out of the room and was now holding somebody's hand. I looked up, terrified as to who it might be, but it was Alex. "Alex! How did you find me! Thank goodness you are here!" I spilled into his arms. "Woah, what did they do to you?" He asked. "Oh nothing, they jut warned us, 'the special seven' that we need to stay away from sneems and not join them. "And they kidnapped you for that!" He said through his teeth. "You never told me seeing the bright blue path was 5 years unnatural." I said. "Didn't think you would need to know." He said shrugging. "Oh really. What happened to my brother?" I quickly questioned. "I have no idea. Call him." He suggested. "David!" I yelled into the phone. "Yes?" He asked through the phone. "Where are you and David? Are you okay?" I asked. "Just fine. Stayed for a little before he could go back. So, uh, did anything special happen on your birthday?" He questioned.

Did he know? Could i just come out and say, 'Yeah, David, i turned into a wolf how was your day?' I don't think that would go down to smoothly if he didn't know. "Oh, uh, well, lots of running was involved. If you didn't notice, it um rained, so i was kind of like a, uh, w-wet dog." I said. I tried to speak clearly, but that didn't go down so well. "Rachel i already know. Why do you think I disappeared during that time for a little while?" He asked me. "phew." I said letting myself breathe. "Do I have a tribe?" I immediately asked. "Of course, in fact you know many people from that tribe. Not only Alex, but Logan, James, Connor and the girl you should have just recently met, Anna." He said. "How did you know about Anna?" I asked. "If you were paying attention, I was part of the crowd in the front, I know every individual of the seven, and i am still surprised one of them is my sister." He said.

"And you didn't tell me!" I said. "Why didn't you tell me you knew about all of this! Does mom know! She's in danger!" I yelled. "She knows, too and is not in that much danger. She knows how tell if something is a sneem. She is smart, just like you. She isn't a wolf, but i have told her most everything. Trust me, she is fine. And I didn't tell you to teach you independence and see how you would react." He said. "This is way more than independance!" I yelled. "Rachel, you will be fine, i mean look at you know." He said. But this time, i felt a breath in my hair. I whipped around, there he was. "All this time i thought i would never be normal because i was homeschooled. This, this is way beyond not normal. I can not believe you didn't tell me!" I continued to yell.

"Rachel!" My voice was called from far away. Luke was running towards me. Joy. "Are you- Who is this?" He asked pausing. "I sighed and slumped my shoulders. Holding my hand out to Alex, I explained. "Luke, this is the Alex i was talking about." I said. "Alex looked confused and angry while Luke looked sad and disappointed. "Luke here kept me company for a few minutes and i told him about you." I said turning towards Alex. "Oh." He simply stated. "Yeah." I said. Boy, this is awkward. "I will see you in 3 months apparently. Four times a year." I said to Luke. "Oh. Okay. Here. He said handing me a paper. I didn't even bother looking at it in front of this small crowd so i turned back towards David. "How are we getting home?" I spat. Hopefully i got the point across that i was still upset with him. "We are all wolves, aren't we? We run and follow Alex's trail." He said. "Rachel should lead. She could see it on the first day." Alex said. "Alright boys, let's go home." I said turning towards the door.
