The Bucket List Chapter 25:

I woke up to my phone ringing. I groaned and rolled to my nightstand. I grabbed my phone. It was Carter.

M: Hello?

C: OMG! I forgot to tell you, yesterday, Niall asked me to prom, isn’t that exciting. It’s today and I am nervous

M: That’s great. I can’t come right?

I always dreamed about going to prom, being the queen and having the hottest date there. I would be the prettiest I may ever be.

C: No, sorry, you have to go to the school to attend, unless the person you are going with goes here.

M: Oh okay, well have fun getting ready.

C: Thanks girl!

M: No problem.

I hung up and threw my phone across the room. I laid back down on my bed, and sighed. I wanted to go to prom so badly. I heard my phone buzz again so I reached for it. Harry. I smiled.

M: Hello?

H: Hey babe! I have a surprise for you.

M: What is it?

H: Okay, go get dressed and there is a note on the door, do whatever it says and keep doing that until the notes stop. Then you will get your surprise.

M: Ugh fine, it better be worth it.

H: Trust me it will.

M: Okay, bye.

I hung up and got dressed into some leggings, a v-neck, some hightops. I don’t wear beanies anymore, being with Harry made me more confident with myself. I grabbed my phone, keys, and some cash and walked outside. I saw a piece of paper with writing on it.

Hey Media, you listened to my message, go to 264 Leighton Street. Have fun.

I scrunched my eyebrows, but decided to go. I had to walked there since I had no car or driver’s license. I looked at my phone for directions, and it was pretty close. I finally reached the address and it was dress store, like ones for prom. I smiled and walked in. The store was empty and the workers were lined up smiling.

“You must be Miss. Media?” one worker said. I smiled and nodded.

“What’s going on?”

“You are here to look for the perfect dress.” another one said. Two of the workers guided me two the dressing room while other’s dispersed throughout the store. I undressed and was put in a sillk robe. I opened the dressing room door and saw the workers carrying many many dresses.

“Holy cow!” They all laughed. “Mr. Styles orders, were pretty specific. Don’t say anything and pick out the perfect dress.” one said. They handed me one dress and I walked into the dressing room. It was dark purple and long with a little bling in the middle. I walked out and they all shook there heads. I walked back inside and tried on another and another, until I felt like I tried on every dress in the store, I swear I did. One worker handed me a white high low dress with a brown braided belt attached to it and a sweetheart neck line. I tried it on, and I felt like I was glowing. I smiled. I walked out and all the workers eyes went wide.

“That’s perfect. It’s the one.” They all said. I smiled and nodded.

“You must keep it on to receive your next  note.” One worker said. I took out my wallet when the ladies shook there heads.

“Already paid for. Now here’s the other note.”

Hey Media, I bet you look beautiful as you always do. Now go turn the corner go the corner store.
