Valerie's P.O.V

"Okay, your seventeen you can handle four days away. Just be careful and please don't do anything stupid tell Lucas that," my mom said.

"I will, thanks Aunt Vicky," Ryan said.

Wow I don't know how he did it but after hours of begging he finally convinced my mom on letting him go to Arizona. if that was me she would say no even if I beg all day. I went to my room grabbed my IPod and put on Starstruck by Parade of Lights. I jumped on my couch and took out my phone. I remember what Cody said to check my phone so that's what I'm doing. I figured I should check my contacts yep there he was as Love of my Life time to annoy him.

Me: Hey love of my life.

Cody: That was a sweet car you were in today.

Me: What the Mercedes you should what my mom drives.

Cody: Let me guess a Bentley?

Me: U stalker. I like that Mercedes better.

Cody: That's my secret talent stalking people.

Me: Ur little brother is so cute.

Cody: Tommy yeah. I thought you didn't like me guess someone was lying.

Me: You wish.

Cody: Liar  why are you texting me if you don't like me?

Me: 'cause I feel like it.

Cody: Sure that's why anyways we should hang out.

Me: Y would I want to do that?

Cody: 'cause you love me and I'm pretty down to earth.

Me: If I say yes what are we going to do stalk people.

Cody: No, we''ll go to the beach I'll give free surfing lessons and stalk a few people.

Me: Its a song anyways I gotta go call Amanda.

Cody: Don't tell her about you know tomorrow.

Me: Don't worry I wasn't planning on it.

Me: Bye.

I got in the shower since Amanda diddn't pick up. I'm still listening to Starstruck on my speakers for my Ipod its my song obsession at the moment. I got out of the shower and put on my pajamas and went to bed.

"Hey Valerie, wake up," said a familiar voice

"Go away." I said half asleep.

"Wake up lazy ass,"

"Okay I'm up," i said annoyed.

"Just came to say bye miss sassy pants," said Ryan

"I am no sassy," I said

"Okay whatever the princess says," said Ryan. i gave him a smile.

"Are you leaving?" I asked.

"Yeah."

"Okay, bye," i said and gave him a hug.

"Bye sassy," said Ryan. I threw a pillow at him.

"Bye be safe," I said.

"Bye."

I checked what time is oh wow its only 9:45 I go up and walked downstairs. My mom must still be asleep I grabbed a bowl and cereal its quite and not the good kind of quite but the creepy kind. I put my bowl on the sink and went back up to my room. I decide to paint my nails since they look like crap I took out my nail polish an decided on yellow I started with my toes then my finger nails.After they dried I call Amanda we talked for an hour and thirty minutes of course I told her that I was going to hang out with my mom today. I went downstairs and saw my mom eating eggs.

"Hey mom Ryan already left."

"Yeah I figured so why are you already dressed?" asked my mom

"I'm going to the beach," I said.

"With Amanda?" asked my mom.

"No with someone else."

Who?"

"A new friend you don't know him."

"Oh so its a him."

"Yeah but he's just a friend I swear."

"Who is this him?"

"You won't believe me if I told you."

"Try me."

"Cody Simpson."

"Oh so that's why Amanda isn't invited. I believe you Ryan might have mentioned something about a Cody Simpson coming to see you. Wanna tell me about that?"

"I do but I have to go I have to be there by twelve. Oh and if Amanda asks you and I are hanging out okay bye." I left before my mom could say anything else. I took my IPod out and put on Starstruck I walked until I finally got out of my neighborhood. I walked half way down the block when someone grabbed me by the shoulders which scared the hell out of me.

"Hey," said Cody.

"What the hell you scared the crap out of me," I snapped.

"Sorry saw you thought we could walk together."

"Yeah sure so you leave around here?"

"Nope, well sort of I leave four blocks away from you. I forgot to ask you where we should meet so I thought I'd walk to your house but I found you here."

"Like I said stalker." Cody smiled at me he's wearing blue and white swim trunks kind of a flower pattern, a white v neck, black Ray-Bands, and Nike shindy plus flip flops.

"You look pretty," said Cody.

"Thanks," I said while smiling. We kept walking talking about the most random things like whats your favorite color, food and stuff like that. We finally go to the beach there wasn't many people which as good that we wouln't get noticed more easily or at least Cody. We picked a spot where not many people are. Cody took his shirt of and I took mine of and my shorts don't worry I'm wearing my bikini under my clothes. I put my hair up on a bun put my IPod and clothes in my bag.

"Okay so whats first?" I asked.

"This." Cody picked me up and threw in the water.

"I'm so going to get you back!" I yelled at him. He's laughing his ass of on shore. I got out of the water knowing how I'm going to get back at him.
