Valerie's P.O.V

I can't believe what just happened. Do I like him? No I don't my best friend is in love with him plus he isn't even my type. Or is he those gorgeous green eyes that make me melt plus that smile. Ah no I don't like him I'm just high yeah that's all. Who am I kidding I can't believe I'm saying this but I like him.

"You couldn't hang out because you were with your mom but that didn't look like your mom."

"Amanda, hey and how are you in my house?" I asked.

"Key you gave me one three years ago," said Amanda while she wiggled the key in her finger.

"Right, how much did you see?" I asked.

"Enough to show that my best friend lied to me and that she went on a date with the love of my life," yelled Amanda.

"I was afraid of that. Okay first of all it wasn't a date we were just hanging out second he is not the love of your life."

"So what you were only holding hands and hugging each other and kissing because your the closest of friends?"

"It was on the cheek," I said.

"Do you like him?" asked Amanda.

"No," I lied.

"You're lying."

"Okay fine I like him are you satisfied I like him."

"Listen Amanda I didn't mean for this to happen. I hated him just two days ago but then he found my phone tracked me down and we hung out today and things changed. I'm sorry, I love you, so I won't talk or hang out with him again if you don't want me to okay."

"And break his heart he obviously likes you."

"So were cool?" I asked

"Yeah were cool."

"Sleepover!" I yelled. Amanda and I stayed up until two in the morning.

"Dude wake up its eleven- thirty!" yelled Amanda while kicking my butt.

"Why I'm tired," I said.

"You have a date with Cody, now get up," Amanda yelled she pushed me off the bed.

"I don't have a date with Cody."

"Yeah you do I arranged one last night," said Amanda.

"What, what time is he getting here?" I asked.

"Okay I'm ready," I said I ran downstairs and grabbed a granola bar. Five minutes before he gets here he tends to be on time. The doorbell started ringing I checked my phone damn those were fast five minutes.

"I'll get," said Amanda. I ran to the kitchen shoved the rest of the bar down my mouth.

"Hey, Cody, Valerie is just in the kitchen putting stuff away," said Amanda.

"Okay, so whats up?" Asked Cody.

"Not much my brother left for the week with Ryan," said Armada.

"Sorry I had to put away some stuff," I said.

"It's fine," said Cody.

"Bye Amanda," I said.

"So Amanda stays at your house by herself?" Asked Cody.

"Yeah shes got a key and that's her house," I pointed to the baish house.

"Where to?" I asked.

"Mall and a movie," said Cody. We got a cab.

"Cool," I said Cody and I got in the cab. We arrived at the mall Cody took my hand.

"So whats your favorite store?" asked Cody.

"Forever 21," I said.

"Okay lets go to Forever 21," said Cody.

"You don't have to buy anything," I said.

"Then I'll just try on some skirts, I have the legs for it."

"I'm sure you do Cody." We walked to Forever 21. Cody walked over to the skirts. He picked up a plain blue skirt and a pink skirt with flowers.

"Be right back," said Cody. He came back out wearing the blue skirt.

"What do you think?" asked Cody

"It's totally goes with your skin color, but it doesn't do your legs any justice," I said sarcastically

"Yeah I was thinking that two." I took my phone out and took a picture of him on of his pose was the Betty Bop. He walked back to the dressing room.

"You're going to love this!" yelled Cody. He came out I couldn't help but start laughing like an idiot.

"Oh you look sexy!" I exclaimed.

"I'm sexy and I know it!" exclaimed Cody. He went back to go change.

"I should buy that and wear it to an interview," said Cody. He went up to the food court to buy milkshakes.

"How can you not like Lil' Wayne?" asked Cody.

"He is annoying piece of crap that thinks just 'cause he is black he can rap," I said.

"Ouch if people hear you say that you would be tackled, good thing I'm here to.."

"Cody Simpson! Oh my gawd its Cody Simpson guys!" yelled some girl. A bunch of girls came running like fifteen.

"Cody sign this!"

"Take a picture with him!" They all surrounded him some girl pushed me.

"Why are you with him? He's mine bitch!" some girl yelled at me. I got up and walked over to Claire's. I walked to the sunglasses, I tried on some Ray-Band wanna bees they're zebra pattern. I tried on a black ring with a bow, next I tried on the gray ring with angle wings. I felt someone's hands wrap around my waist from behind.

"Sorry about that," said Cody.

"Its fine they're just fans," I said.

"Lets go see the movie," Cody said. The theater is past the food court we decided on seeing Super 8. Cody bought the popcorn and drinks. We choose the seats in the last row. Cody tried that cheesy move when he put his arm around me. After the movie was over Cody bought a purple hat and took me home.

"Mine." I took tha hat of his head. Cody smiled at me.

"I had fun except when I.." Cody pressed his lips against mine. I felt sparks flying, fireworks it was a perfect kiss. Cody pulled away.

"Bye."

"Bye." I could tell I was blushing. I walked inside smiling like an idiot.

 Sorry I haven't updated in forever been busy with school. No offense to people who like Lil' Wayne and drama is coming.
