The next morning the king doesn't show for breakfast. I already know it has something to do with the black things in the forest.
The king hasn't tried to rape me yet thankfully but he's made his 'claim' on me. He thinks I'll be his next Queen.
He kisses me when there are other males around, I'd rip his heart from his throat if it wasn't for my pack.
They have no idea what I'm willing to sacrifice for their safety. Jayson is in the kingdom brought by Kenneth, I have no idea what the king will do to him but now that I know every inch of the castle It won't take me long to find him.
I told the king if he wishes me to be his Queen then he needs to let me in on all the secrets. Hopefully this will include the black things.
