No One's POV:
March 1.......the day Ai has been created........
Nekocchi woke up at 2 in the morning with that thought in mind. Her brain blanked out for a while before she fell off her bed from trying to get out of her blankets, she didn't panic though. She simply stood up, got up, printed a cake recipe out of the printer she hid under her bed, and went to the kitchen to prepare the ingredients and utensils she'll need.
She sneaked in the others' rooms and woke them all up in the same way. She pulled each one of them off their beds and dragged them to the kitchen, she avoided waking up Ai and Natsuki though.
"Waddya want in this time of the day?!" Syo asked in irritation as he yawned with his mouth wide open while the others were still rubbing their eyes and trying to wake up.
"It's Ai's birthday so we gotta make him a cake at least" She looked at them sternly with a look that doesn't allow them to say no.
She started giving out orders to them as she started whipping the cream. She made the Quartet Night members do the base and the Starish members help her with the designs.
She made mini cookies with assorted ice cream flavor in it for the designs of the cake and melted chocolates for the outer part just in time for the sponge to be finished. She got boxes of assorted ice cream flavors from the freezer and filled the sponge with them before coating everything with melted and creamy chocolate. They shaped the mini cookies into a heart before writing "{Happy B-day, Ai}" under it using some icings which they prepared.
They finished after an hour or 2 with the whole thing sitting on the table magnificently and decided to put it in a freezer with a lock applied by Nekocchi.
The others decided to sleep while Nekocchi simply decided to eat breakfast since it was already 4:30 in the morning which is the time she usually wakes up to start preparing for her morning activities.
She finished her breakfast just in time Ai went in the dining room and sat beside her with a cup of coffee and a plate of toasted bread in hand.
Ai suddenly leaned towards her and sniffed her neck causing Nekocchi to giggle a bit.
"Wh-what're you doing?" Nekocchi asked as he got back to his original position.
"You smell sweet this morning, why?" Ai asked, completely oblivious to the surprise they set up for him.
"I knocked over some jam while I was getting my breakfast ready earlier, guess it's smell doesn't wanna leave me" She told him since it was true that she knocked on some jams earlier.
Ai started eating breakfast as Nekocchi started dozing off while waiting for him.
"This isn't a place to sleep, go sleep in the room" Ai told her in a stoic manner and she straightened up her posture.
"No thank you, I don't wanna sleep in a room with a snoring midget right now" She told him as she drank a cup of tea.
"Ai, since it's everyone's day-off for today, can we have a movie marathon?" Nekocchi suggested as soon as Ai finished his breakfast.
"Sure" was all he responded as he put away the cups and plates that had been used.
They took a walk around the lake to kill time but as usual, Nekocchi was composing in her head the whole time. They got back after a few hours to find everyone watching the TV with amazed expressions.
"What're you watching?" Nekocchi questioned them as she went to Ranmaru's side
"Oh, you're both finally back. We're watching your performances Nekocchi, you really are amazing on stage" Natsuki answered me with an excited tone.
"Oh it's just me.....and what's up with the "you really are amazing on stage", does that mean that I ain't amazing off stage?" I looked at him with a blank look as I waited for his response.
"You're cute when you're off stage though" Natsuki squeezed her into a really tight hug causing her to try running away for a few moments until her finally let go.
"Please avoid trying to break my bones next time...." Nekocchi muttered loud enough for him to hear and apologize.
"Let's start our movie marathon~!" Nekocchi cheered out enthusiastically and the others joined in as well.
They watched all kinds of movies for the past hours. Horror, Romance, Adventure, Fantasy, Action and more kinds of genres have been watched by them. They finished at 9 in the evening and decided to greet Ai a happy birthday.
Nekocchi sneaked out from the group and took the cake from the fridge before surprising Ai with a kiss on the cheek and a cake on her hands
"Happy Birthday, Ai" Everyone greeted all together and Ai stared at them with wide eyes before smiling and thanking them. Ai thanked Nekocchi by kissing her on the forehead though
They ate the dinner and ate the cake piece by piece with delighted faces
"I never knew a cake like this can be created, I shouldn't have made it for Ai's b-day and only made it for my b-day" Nekocchi was kinda drooling as she looked at her cake. Nekocchi's sentence caught Ai's attention as he looked away from the cake and looked at her
"When's your birthday Nekocchi?" Ai asked, full of curiosity.
"4th of March, 3 days after yours" She replied happily as she munched the cake, bit by bit
"Heh~ It's quite near then" Ren butted in the conversation as he clung on nekocchi's shoulder
"Nekocchi, what do you want as a gift for your birthday?" Haruka asked with a gentle tone as the others leaned in a bit to listen to what she wants
"I want....." Nekocchi paused and pondered over the thought for a while before finally deciding the right words to say "this cake and a personal gift you aliens thought up by yourself" She gave them a mischievous grin before yawning with a sleepy face
"Ai, waddya want me to give you for your birthday today?" Nekocchi asked as she rubbed her eyes to continue being awake
"Sleep with me in bed tonight" Ai answered with a gentle smile which kinda made everyone except for Nekocchi have beet red faces
"Sure" Nekocchi nodded and yawned again as Ai carried her in his arms and headed to their room, the others followed them while still feeling embarrassed with Ai's request
"Ai-senpai, we won't be sleeping in your room tonight" Syo told Ai and he simply nodded
Ai laid Nekocchi on the bed before closing the door and laying down beside her
Nekocchi immediately fell asleep and cuddled Ai as he cuddled back and fell asleep as well
Sleepy as they were, they were oblivious enough of the people trying to eavesdrop outside of their door the whole time.
The next morning, they both woke up, still in each others' arms and greeted each other with a smile. They went out of the room and found the group sleeping on the floor just behind the door.
