-Yuki POV-

"Moshi moshi? Is anyone here? Have I came to the wrong place?" I sweat dropped as I heard this voice outside my house, and I opened the door.

"I'm in here, Fukasaku-jii-san. So ero-ossan sent you this time, huh." I walked out, and found him staring at the sea.

"So you've contracted the Sanbi. I suppose this is his region? No wonder all of my little frogs can't pinpoint your address when they came back."

"Ahahaha.." I laughed awkwardly. "Desperate times call for desperate measures, jii-san. The villagers were furious with the Kyuubi for destroying their village, and I've heard some rumours which says that the Yondaime gave his life to seal the fox in its human form, where the truth is I sealed the fox in Minato-sensei's new-born son Naruto so that the fox can't wreck anymore havoc. They wanted to hunt Naruto down and kill him. I'm just doing whatever I can to protect him."

"I see." Fukasaku then said. "Mah, I'm not here to pursue that matter."

"Right. Here you are." I handed some scrolls to him, and he looks confused. "Ero-ossan didn't ask you to come and collect the scripts?"

"No." He gave me a strange look, and I put the scrolls away. "I'm just here to check on you on Jiraiya's behalf. He's worried sick about you, you know?"

"Tell me that when he's not spending his day in one of those filthy brothels or peeking at the women's onsen." I said while smiling, and he looks stunned. "I've wanted to go back and see him actually, but I'm scared that he won't let me come back. And if he did he's just going to be more worried." Fukasaku then nodded understandingly, and I smirked. "Besides, everytime I find him he's smelling like booze and women. I've had enough of that already."

"I.. I don't know what to say.." I left him speechless, and I giggled. "Are you planning to return to the village?"

"Where else would I go? That's my home. But not now. At least not until Naruto-chan is grown up."

"And how long will that be?"

"You're not leaving without an answer, are you, jii-san?" He nodded, and I laughed. "Umm.. I'll bring Naruto back to enroll at the Academy when he's 5, don't worry."

"And you'll be moving back?"

"No.. I'm moving back when he's 8.. There are things that I have to settle.. Gomen, jii-san."

"The one you should be saying sorry to isn't me." He then gave me a meaningful look. "Don't let him wait too long, Yuki. He told us to tell you that he's sorry for avoiding you on the day you left." My eyes widened, and Fukasaku disappeared.

"I'm going to worry about my doujutsu first." I then commented, and walked to the waters to look at my reflection. "Eto.. How do they do it.. Byakugan!" I made the snake seal according to my memory, and to my surprise, I saw the Byakugan in my reflection.

"What the hell?!" I exclaimed, and I tried to look around. "Cool. I can zoom in and out. Pity it's in black and white though." I 'looked' at the forest behind me, and saw my bunshins burying the body. Then, I snapped back. "Wow.. This really strains my eye.. I need to practice more.. Speaking of which, should I learn the Hyuuga's way of fighting since I can also see the tenketsu?"

-Two years later-

"If I remember correctly, it's almost time for the Hyuuga Affair.. Yare yare.." I sighed as I recalled what had happened, and stood up from the sofa.

"Isobu, we're leaving. It'd be nice to see one less tragedy happen. Haku, can I trust you on taking care of Naruto and Chiaki?"

"Hai!" Haku had become more outspoken over the past two years, and he helps with the household chores whenever he's free from training. A year ago he came up to me and told me that he wanted to learn how to control his powers because he's afraid that he's going to kill someone accidentally, and I've been training him since.
