Chapter 28 - Graduation Test?! (3)

-Yuki POV-

"So, the rules are simple." I said as I jumped down the boulder and stretched.

"Three bells. Three lunches. Snatch the bells from me before 1.30pm, or you won't have any lunch. The person who doesn't possess one of these bells will not only be on an empty stomach, but he or she will also be sent back to the Academy. As you guys have picked Taijutsu, I'll only use taijutsu while fighting you guys, but you guys can use all three. Here's a warning, I haven't used taijutsu for a very long time, so my hand might just.. slip.."

I punched a tree beside me, and that tree and those trees behind it flew away, and a big cloud of dust appeared. ".. and injure you by accident. But you don't have to worry about dying, I'm a pretty good medical ninja, and I can get you to the Hospital in the blink of an eye too. As for weapons, I'll only use a kunai. Fair enough?" I then took out a kunai and played with it.

"One more thing. If you don't come at me with the intention to kill, you're going to die. You can come at me anytime when you're ready." I hooked the bells onto my bracelet, and they jingled whenever I moved my hand. "Hora, I've even given you guys an advantage. You can hear me whenever I approach you."

The four jumped into hiding immediately, and I wandered around the forest, hoping to catch any one of them alone.

-Third Person POV-

"We're going to work together to get the bells, okay?" Sasuke asked quietly, and Naruto and Chiaki nodded.

"But how are we going to distribute them? There's four of us, and only three bells.." Sakura asked as she looked warily at Naruto and Chiaki. Sasuke then gave her a complicated look.

"We'll decide on the distribution after we get the bells. It isn't wise to underestimate nee-san." He said as they listened to the faint jingling of the bells. "She's probably waiting for any one of us to impatiently jump out at her."

"Then what are we going to do?" Chiaki asked, and Sasuke frowned.

"Naruto, we will distract her. Chiaki, you'll try to steal the bells when you have a chance. Sakura.. *sigh* You just stay put. You'll really get killed if one of her punches land on you."

"Hai." The other three said, and Sasuke stopped them from leaving.

"Wait, before this, find a spot and take out your loads first. We won't be a match with our current speed." Naruto and Chiaki nodded before leaving, and soon, three heavy thuds could be heard from around the forest.

"Hoh.. So they've taken out their loads.. Smart move.. But that's not enough!" Yuki shouted as she dodged and grabbed Chiaki's leg before throwing her back. "You think an ANBU Captain is so weak?! You'd better come at me with all you've got!"

"Horya horya!" Naruto shouted as he jumped out, and Yuki sighed and grabbed him.

"Ano sa.. Are you an idiot?" She said as she sealed his tenketsu, and secured her grasp on him before pointing the kunai to his neck. "Hai hai! I've gotten a hostage now! Come out and surrender, or the boy dies. I'm serious." The kunai pressed against his neck, and blood trickled down.

The two of them suddenly moved, and a bunch of shurikens were at the place where they once stood. "First and final chance, kids. Don't try anything funny like that again, or Naruto really dies." She pressed harder on his skin, and blood started to gush out.

"I.. I surrender." Chiaki walked out from the woods, and threw her weapons on the ground. Sasuke came out soon after, and did the same.

"Sakura, are you really going to watch Naruto die?" Yuki narrowed her eyes, and waited for a response. After a while, she sighed. "Fine.. Don't regret it.." She smiled cruelly and slid Naruto's neck, and threw him on the ground.
