Why do people hate shrimp chips?? -JC (unedited)

So the other day I was a scrollin through YouTube as one does when I see yet another eating Asian snacks video. Now I'm not the type to get easily offended but DAMN. Most of the snacks they ate weren't Asian snacks! They were all from Europe.
Now I was eating my beloved shrimp chips while watching this video. It just so happens that they had bought the same exact brand as I had and so I had watched the video. The person (not gonna say the name) had said "OMG This tastes like actual shit. Like if you eat this go dig a hole and die in it." Does this bitch know she offended so many people? LISTEN do not hate on other cultures snacks. WE GREW UP WITH THEM! it's like offending fries for us people who grew up with it!
I didn't grow up with "American" snacks and I found Hershey's chocolate to be disgusting till I was 7! Okay so I understand if you don't like the food. But, be courteous and think about the people WHO LIVE FOR IT OKAY?
Getting back on topic, why do people just not like shrimp chips? They don't have a weird texture, they have the same texture as pork rind chip thingys. They don't have a strange taste, it's supposed to taste like shrimp. That's why it's called shrimp chips!
