I woke up as Curly stirred in it's sleep. Humans slept a lot, but it seemed like Curly slept less than Pickles. The big sun was rising, so it'd wake up soon. A hour later, Curly got up. It sleepily got some mealworms and fed them to me. It left for a minute, and I ate some mealworms. Curly came back, carrying something. It picked me up, putting me down on the soft rock. The old dog looked at me through a window, studying me. The human offered me some green food, and I stared blankly at it. I nibbled some of it. It tasted clean and leafy. It had a lot of plant juice as well. I turned around and crawled onto a even softer rock. I snuggled into it, feeling the fur tickling my nose. The human pet my head, causing me to look at it weird. It then picked me up, and took me to a room that had a wall with a exact copy of us. I stared at the copy, it stared back. I bobbed at the copy. It mirrored my challenge. I opened my mouth threateningly at it. It did the same. I suddenly heard water rushing and looked down. Water was filling a pool. The human put me in the water. I panicked, as the water was a bit too hot. The human noticed my struggle, and put some cool water. I stopped panicking and sit still, closing my eyes. The human rubbed my back, legs, tail, and toes gently to help any shedding and dirt. I licked up some water, and a few minutes, as the water cooled, the human got me out and wrapped me in a soft blanket. It rubbed the water gently off of my wet scales and put me back in my home. I snuggled underneath the tree cave, resting.
