After a lot of paperwork, Ebby was classified as an orphan. Then, we were allowed to take him home with us. We were in the car on the way home. He put his hand on mine. I knew I loved him. He saved my life. "I can't believe I'm going home with you, Stori. Why is that your name anyway? Any specific reason?" He gave me a knowing look. I gave him the same look back. We cracked up laughing. Mom and Dad joined in. So did Amy and Squid. "Stop it Ebby! You know exactly why!" We all were so happy after the incident, it was funny how relaxed we were.
