New Start

I woke the next morning before Taehyung. He was sleeping beside me still holding onto my hand. I just took in the time and stared at him. He looked so peaceful sleeping. Almost like a puppy. I keep studying his face. I understand why girls go crazy for him, why everyone goes crazy for all the guys. Not only are they good looking but, kind, sweet, caring, and sincere. I'm glad I got to meet them. They've changed me in so many ways that I could never repay them.

"I see someone is awake." Taehyung whispered. I jumped in shock.

"You were awake?" I asked. Oh man he didn't see me starring at him, did he? Once again Taehyung has embarrassed me.

"I never went to sleep, but my back was hurting from sitting in the same spot. I just laid half of my body on the bed. I hope you didn't mind." He smiled at me. I couldn't hold back me blushing.

Someone knocked on the door and Jin and Rap Monster walked in. They both had a smile on their faces.

"Today you can go home. The doctors said you still need to rest, but you are free to go." Jin smiled brightly at us. He gave me a pair of clothes from my closet. I looked over at Taehyung who was smiling as well. Taehyung packed up my little things my father brought to me, as I went to the bathroom. I washed my face and brushed my teeth. As I looked in the mirror I started crying. My left eye was bruised and purple, and under my right eye I had a cut. My lip was still a little bloody, and my hair was a complete mess.

"You ready Leigh Anna?" Rap Monster asked me. I quickly changed clothes into the ones Jin brought me. I changed into a red t-shirt and into blue jeans. Jin brought me my red converse which I haven't wore in years. They still fit though.

"Nice shoes." Rap Monster said.

"Thanks." I smiled.

"Ready to go?" Taehyung asked. As soon as we walked out the door it hit me. Jungkook can't go home yet. Am I wrong for going home. I thought about going to his room but it's still early. He might be still sleeping. I just said to myself I wouldn't come back.

We all took a taxi with me sitting in between Taehyung and Jin. I just stayed quiet until we passed the beach.

"Can we stop for a minute?" I asked them. Rap Monster started laughing.

"Sure. But I don't think we should stay to long, your dad is waiting for you." Jin said. The taxi driver pulled over and dropped us off. I started walking to the beach. I took off my shoes and handed them to Rap Monster as I played on the beach. Not that many people were on the beach which I liked. I ran to the water and started playing in it. I felt like I could do anything. The guys stayed behind.

"Last time you were afraid to go into the water. Now you are playing in it." Taehyung said.

"I was just scared to go into the water." I felt like it was time to tell someone.

"See when I was in middle school these older kids bullied me. Even to the point of pushing me into the school pool, they knew I couldn't swim. I've been afraid of water since then. But you guys have changed me. I feel stronger. And ever since that day at the building I've been thinking. My life could have ended there, yet it didn't. So I'm going to live my life without being afraid. Going into the water is my first thing of starting over." I started splashing water at them. They just stood in shock.

"I'm sorry that happened to you Leigh Anna." Taehyung said. I felt a little better telling someone. Not even my father knows. I felt like flying. I finally got this dark shadow off my back.

"Are you guys going to come in?" I asked walking further in. Taehyung ran after me.

"Maybe not to far today. Just start off with baby steps." Taehyung grabbed my arm. I thought about what he said and thought it would be better. Jin stayed behind but Rap Monster rolled up his pants leg and walked in. I grabbed Rap Monster's arm and Taehyung. I also looked over at Jin.

"I'm glad I met you guys. I'm glad I got to spend this time with you guys. You have no idea how you guys have changed my life." I tried holding back my tears but they started to fall.

"Leigh Anna." Taehyung said. Rap Monster ga me a side hugged.

"I think you've changed our lives as well." He said.

"You have." Jin adding in.

I looked down at my feet in the water. I've never been this far into the water. And it wouldn't be this way if not because of them. After a few minutes playing more into the water Jin thought it was time we start going. I looked back at the beach before getting back into a cab. The drive was quite until I realized we weren't driving to the inn.

"That was the road. We missed it." I said looking behind me.

"We moved. Your dad rented us a house to stay in. You'll see." Jin said. I guess Taehyung didn't know either because he looked up shocked. About ten minutes later we stopped the car in front of a big white house. There was a beach beside the house. It was magical. This couldn't be the house my dad rented. No way. We are talking about the same guy who tries and bribes our landlord to lower the rent. No way my father could even pay one months rent here. I thought. It has to be the wrong house. But when I saw them get out the taxi my stomach was going into nots.

"This house my father rented for us." I asked. Even Taehyung's mouth was open.

"Yep. Wait till you see the inside." Rap Monster said.

"Wait till you see the kitchen!" Jin was excited as he pulled both me and Taehyung's arm to the front door.

This is a new start indeed.

I had some free time and decided to write this chapter. I'm going to post another chapter later today. This one may seem a little boring to others.
