"This was one crazy week." I told Beau while Char was getting ready.
"You said it can't believe New Years is in two days." He said with a sigh.
"You ready for it?" I asked then called Bender on my lap.
"More than I've ever been in my life, just waiting for the right time." He said taking a sip of his soda.
"Just tell me before you..." I didn't have to finish my sentence. There was soon a knock on the door. "I got it." I said getting up to answer it. It was Mel and Kailey. They knew about the surprise the day we looked at rings.
"Is she ready?" Mel asked.
"Let me see. Charlotte! You ready?" I yelled to her.
"I'm coming!" She shouted back. A few seconds later she came running out of her room, well the guest room.
"You ready for a New Years dress shopping?" Kailey asked, good cover up.
"Yeah let's go. Bye guys." She said before leaving.
"Bye." I said then shut the door quickly, "so basically everyone knows besides her." I told Beau, "we have a big new years party but if you don't want do it there..."
"There is fine, it will be perfect." He smiled, you could tell he was nervous just thinking about what was to come.
"Hey. It will be fine." I said giving him a light slap on the arm. He gave another nervous smile.
Charlotte's POV
"Can we go get food now?" I whined we had been at the mall for two hours and still haven't found a dress yet. We looked at a thousand different stores and found nothing, well nothing they approved on.
"Uh no not until we find you a dress. I mean me and Kailey already found ours." Mel said them her Kailey held up their bags with the dresses.
"I agree with her." Kailey said.
"Ugh." I said before we continued to walk.

"Thank you for shopping with us." The cashier said as I grabbed my bag.
"Thank you." I smiled before we left the store, "can we go get lunch now?" I pleaded.
"Sure." Kailey said rolling her eyes playfully.
"This is the best sandwich I have tasted." I said shoving a large bite into my mouth.
"Damn! You gotta big mouth!" Mel laughed.
"She do! So how are you and Beau? I haven't talked to him in a while." Kailey asked.
"We are good. I'm just doing school most of the time then the other half of my time is at the rink with him. The internship is great." I said before going in for another bite.
"He loves having you at the rink. I can tell." Mel pointed.
"How can you tell?" I asked with a mouthful.
"I don't have to be there to see it! The way I have seen him look at you the past week, hell even the past year, he loves to have you around." Mel smirked.
"I see it too! Even from the first time he introduced us." Kailey agreed.
"Yeah, he is a really good guy." I blushed.
"Awe she's so in love!" Mel pointed at me again.
"Stop!" I laughed then threw a chip at her.
"Hey, it isn't a bad thing." Kailey said then her phone went off, "yay! Johnathan is coming in for New Years!" She announced.
