Lexa's POV

-Earth, present day-

I got to the Skai people's camp and the doors opened at my arrival. Soon enough Clarke's mom shows up and takes her away. I try to follow them but Kane doesn't let me. "What happened?" He demanded. His tone annoys me! I was so worried about Clarke and now this man is trying to make my blood boil. And I have to admit, he's doing it.

"There was a situation and Octavia was abducted. Our people saved her and managed to capture one of the kidnappers. We tried to get some information from her and she told us that there was a traitor in our camps. It's Alyson..." I took a deep breath and used the fact that he was shocked to move away from him towards Clarke. After a few quick steps I feel someone grab my arm and as a warrior my instincts kick in. I twist this persons wrist in a way to leave them on their knees. It's Kane... "Don't ever try to stop me from seeing Clarke again!" I almost yelled and after a few seconds of him trying not to scream from the pain, I release him. "After I see that Clarke is safe I need a word with your Chancellor. He nodded and I tried to follow the healers footsteps.

Once I got near, I could see them. Clarke's laying on a bed and her mom and some guy are trying to save her. The doors are open so I can hear what they're saying. "Abby, I don't think she's going to make it. We can't waste this much on one person." I want to slid his throat for daring to say something like that.

"She's my daughter Jackson. I'm not giving up on her." The woman has tears rolling down her face but she keeps moving her hands in what I believe is an attempt to save the girl with the hair like the sun. And then she just cracks as the guy starts moving away. I start walking in and glare at the guy. "You better help her right now!"

"It's useless!" He yelled... No No No No No! Tears start forming on my face and I want to kill him but that wouldn't help Clarke. So I push him away and stare at the older woman. "What can I do?" I ask, not caring about the fact that I'm crying. "Hold that cloth on her wound." I do as I'm told as she just takes a deep breath. "If we're lucky, the wound is not too deep and it can be fixed. But we have to act fast!" I nod. "Please don't let her die... I promised her she would be okay. Please help me keep that one." I pleaded. The woman looked surprised but after a second she nodded. "When I tell you, you take the cloth slowly." She ordered while getting the needle ready to suture the cut. "Now" And this is the moment. I do as I was told and the blood starts coming out... Please don't die Skai princess.

------------

A few hours passed and I'm still holding her hand. I feel something on my shoulder but I'm to weak to fight it. "She'll be fine, Lexa... You did a great job." I recognized Abby's voice immediately. I'm do happy that she is going to be okay. "Thank you for helping me keep my promise."

"Thank you for bringing her to me." She squeezed my shoulder and turned around to leave. "Now rest, I'm guessing we have a lot to talk about I'm the morning."

I nod and the doors close after she left. I lower my head not letting go of her hand and whisper: "I swear fealty to you, Clarke kom Skaikru. I how to fewa t your needs as my own. And your people as my people." With that I close my eyes knowing we'll be okay.

I really hope this helps a little bit. If you need to talk or just need to "yell" at someone, my inbox is always open. We need to stand together. It will be hard but we need to help each other with overcoming this. If we do it together it will be a little bit easier. You really matter and you are an amazing person! And I really appreciate you and value your feeling and ideas. We'll get through it!
