"So," Esmeralda began. "Who's going to ask them?"
Petros nodded at Esmeralda. "I will."
They were still in their cart on their way to their camp. It would take a couple more hours, at least.
"Eirinn, Jason," Petros began. "We need your help."
"Didn't you say that already?" Eirinn asked.
Petros shrugged. "It's still true, isn't it?"
"Fair point. Continue."
"Well...you've worked with Arsenio the Wicked, right?"
Jason sighed, crossing his arms in front of his chest. "Yes. We have. Most amount of money I've ever made. Probably in the worst way, though..."
Sebastian frowned. "What do you mean?"
"He had us...he had us put a blessing on him," Eirinn began. "We have different gods than you guys, you see. He had asked every priest in Greece to give him their blessing. None gave it. So he asked us to give our gods' blessing. And...well...we didn't know any better..."
"We were only here for a short time," Jason continued for her. "We hadn't heard of Arsenio the Wicked. He seemed like a nice guy... So we gave him our gods' blessing. And...then...after that...his most infamous year began..."
"We heard that he ended up destroying part of Athens. Killed a man named Christopher Manos."
Esmeralda tensed up at the name. She had known him. She met him once when she visited her family in Athens. He seemed nice. Now she was sad for Titania, having had her husband die. Yolanda looked at Esmeralda when she tensed up. She touched the other girl's shoulder lightly, which made her relax.
"Then...his wife, Titania? We heard she became feared in her own right," Eirinn said. "Like, I respect that. We need powerful women. But...I feel like she did it the wrong way."
Esmeralda laughed slightly, without much humor behind it. "You and me both!"
"So...yeah," Eirinn said. "We know Arsenio. Why do you ask?"
"Arsenio recommended you," Petros said. "We need help with Titania, actually."
Eirinn frowned. "Titania?"
"My cousin," Esmeralda said.
Eirinn was silent for a second. "Oh?"
"Yeah," Petros said. "Big surprise for us, too. But...she's in control of two armies now. Her own and Arsenio's."
"Oh."
"That's bad," Jason said.
"No shit, Athena," Sebastian scoffed.
"Bastian..." Petros warned.
Sebastian sighed. "I'm sorry. I'm just...getting kinda worried. I wish I had the luxury of not knowing how bad it was... Then again I kinda signed up for this. Right, ladies?"
Esmeralda and Yolanda laughed slightly. "Yup!" they both said.
Petros smiled. "Look... We were just wondering if you guys knew of some way to stop Titania. Because we used, like, fifty heroes to try to stop her and it didn't work."
Eirinn and Jason looked at each other.
"We might have something..." Jason said. "A spell. From our homeland. Similar to the blessing we did for Arsenio..."
"Although, we need some things..." Eirinn smiled shyly.
