Chapter Six

We finally arrived at the lake and that's when we all parked in front of two cabins Darry got us.

The first cabin had, Dally,Johnny,me and two-bit. The other one had Steve,Darry,pony and soda in it.

"Hey Bella I'm gonna beat ya to the lake" said exclaimed as I chased after him.

He stopped at the end of the dock and as soon as he turned around he looked at me.

"Don't do it Bella"soda replied.

"DO IT!" Yelled Steve as the gang watched in amusement

Suddenly I ran fast and before soda could get away I pushed him off, he grabbed my hand pulling me in as well.

"How do you like them, apples?" Soda replied as we all laughed.

"I'll save you!" Dally cheered as he jumped off and swam over to me.

"You sure funny dal" I replied giggling.

"Hey Bella" two-bit greeted me swimming over to us.

"Hey two" I replied

"So u and dally here boy and girl?" Two-bit replied asking.

"No" I replied seeing dally looking hurt.

"I'm gonna help Darry with the food" dally replied walking away.

"I think he likes u"two-bit replied.

"Really?" I asked.

"Really, maybe you should give him a chance" two-bit replied.

As I walked over to the boys I went to the shower house and took a warm shower and threw on my shorts and crop top.

As I walked out I could smell burgers being made, I look up and see Darry and dally talking while making the food. I wondered what they are talking about.

Suddenly everyone turned to me, I don't really know why b they all stared at me.

"Bella can I ask you a question?" Darry asked.

"Um what?" I asked nervous at first.

"Well, what do u want to be after you graduate?" Darry asked which was weird.

"Trauma nurse they make good money" I replied sitting down and I started to eat my burger.

"You better get a scholarship then" Darry replied.as everyone finished eating Darry decided to go on a boat and take us tubing and water skiing.

"Who's first?" Darry asked starting up the boat.

"Me" two-bit said as he got on the water skis we started the boat and we went as fast as we could. Two bit flew off his skis and did a belly flop on the water. It looked like it hurt a lot.

"Okay it's Bella's turn" two-bit replied.

I got on the tube and Darry wen really slow.

"Cmon old man I'm dying of old age" I yelled and that's when I heard Darry say this.

"Okay you asked for it"he hollered back going really fast this time. The tubes rope broke apart from the boat and crashed into a rock making me fly into the water.

"Holy shit!" I yelled as I landed in the water.

"I'll save you" dally yelled back as he jumped in swimming towards me.

"I'm fine" I replied as everyone went on the beach.

"Listen Bella I was going to ask you" dally began to say when Steve interrupted us by sitting between us.

"Oh sorry was I ruining the moment?" Steve asked in a sarcastic voice.

"Yes" dally hissed.

"Too bad" Steve hissed back as we all just sat around the fire.
