Chapter 16:Can you save me?

As I was in a corner I had tears coming down, the last thing I ever said to dally was "it's over I can't do this anymore" he probably thinks I hate him. For five minutes after the break up I hated myself, and now I'm in a jail cell that stinks like a barn and being accused of murder. Jeez Darry is probably so pissed he ain't coming to get me.

I know dally cheated on me and all, but He'll I'm a sucker for giving second chances. Our mother always said that being human, you do make mistakes. I never really knew what she meant until now. It means dally is human and he made a terrible mistake, which means I should give him a second chance of loving me. I'm a wreck, the guards keep walking over nodding at me, glory I do wish the gang were here to save me again. And that's when one of the guards opened my cell and said this..."Bella your brothers are here". Glory I've been saved, Hallelujah, the lord saved me. I ran outside of that jail cell so fast the guard chuckled and said this "just like Winston".

I seen Darry and the gang..l.even Dallas, I ran and gave Darry a hug as he clinched my shirt.

"Bella I thought you were going to a girls home" Darry said.

"I'm sorry Darry, I was mad and ended up being there at the wrong time" I replied hugging my three brothers.

"They found the real killer you ain't going to court Bell" soda said.

"Hey...um...Bella-" dally began scratching the back of his neck I knew he wanted to talk.

"DALLY!!!" I let out a squeal as I ran he caught me with a grunt and I kissed him as he kissed me back.

"I know you cheated on me dal, and I well I want to give ya second chance" I replied smiling .

"I thought you'd never ask" dally replied smiling as well.

As we all began to leave the guards said this..."See ya soon" and then I replied"jeez I hope not" the guards and all of the gang laughed.

As we walked home I had a shower that night, dally came into my room and snuggled with me which made me go to sleep. He held my waist and nuzzles his head into the crook of my neck. We slept like that all night.

I was happy, I had my guy back, dally must be having a good dream because he keeps mumbling something like "Marry me". The mourning was dark and cloudy, it was pouring outside, soda came in flicked the lights opens and dragged the blankets to the ground.

"Gosh I thought y'all were naked or something" soda replied.

"Shut up Sodapop I wouldn't have sex until I was married" I reply half sleepy getting up.

"Well I never know with Winston he can be a ladies man that's for sure" soda responded.

With that soda leaves and I quickly get dress and go to the living room, dally was still asleep, it was eight in the mourning and soda was waking me up?.

"Bella, we got a surprise" soda says smiling and jumping up and down like a kid in the candy store.

"Oh jeez" I replied

"Okay, so Bella you know how you always wanted a puppy?" Soda began.

"Omg" I say smiling.

"That's right were adopting Johnny!" Soda replied.

"Oh" I replied.

"What you don't like Johnny or something?" Soda replied.

" I like him" I reply.

"Seriously thou were not adopting Johnny we've got a better surprise" soda says chuckling a little bit.

"Okay, let me guess we're adopting two-bit?" I asked in a sarcastic voice.

"Hell no" soda replied.

"Guys I'm not that bad" two replied as we all shared a good laugh, by now it was nine am.

"K but seriously, this is real, Bella, we're going on a road trip!!!" Soda says screaming historically as two bit punches his arm.

"Really?" I asked as Darry came in and dally woke up.

"Really, really, we're going to Oklahoma City then to Los Angeles California, and we've got a hotel booked in Oklahoma  city and a hotel with a spa and swimming pool in L.A" Darry replied.

"How long?" I asked.

"Well girlie,19 hours and 14 minutes from Oklahoma City to L.A. And from here to Oklahoma City is 8 hours" Steve replied. ( not sure if I am right just bare with me cuz I don't know how long it actually is).

" we're going to be in L.a for seven days and one day in Oklahoma City, so eight days" pony replied.

"When are we leaving?" I asked.

"At three, so go pack" replied soda, it was now ten in the mourning I had around five hours to pack.

I packed Seven shorts, five Tank tops Two T-shirts.

As I finished I had lunch and then we decided to leave at one. Darry had rented a van that can fit eight people in it. The seating arrangements went like this:

Darry-driver
Two-bit-Passenger.
Me, dally,pony
Steve and soda and Johnny.

Next stop on this Road trip is Oklahoma City,.........
