Chapter 28

It's been two weeks since I've been in that coma...i was behind in school but I caught up real quick...anyways it's December 18 we had two more days of school and then we were off for Christmas break.

"Hey Bella what'R you studying for anyways babe?" Dally asks sitting beside me as I have my head in my book.

"It's for my Physics test tomorrow..I'm real nervous" I say as the gang chuckles.

"There's no need to be nervous Bella you'll pass cuz you and pony are smart" dally says kissing the side of my head.

"Well physics is hard, and pony is studying for his math test" I say.

"Yeah my math ain't as hard as grade twelve math" pony say.

"Dar I'm taking a break I've been studying for four hours strait" I say.

"Okay Bella well were are you going?" Darry asked.

"I'm going to Lynn's to check on her" I say.

"Well somebody gotta go with Bella" dar says as I pout.

"I'll walk with her" dal says as we walk out we began to talk.

"Bella don't get stressed out babe, you'll do fine" dal smirks stomping out his cigarette.

"I need to keep my grade above an eighty for that scholarship" I say.

"Babe, you'll pass, your smart and I know you'll pass" he says giving me a hug and a kiss as we were outside of Lynn's house.

"I love you Dal" I say smiling. As he nodded to me and walked off I take a step into Lynn's house, her parents weren't home it was just us.

"Hey Lynn how are ya doing?" I asked her as she looked mad.

"ME?YOU LEFT ME BELLA, HOW ARE YOU?HEARD YA WERE IN A COMA" she yelled at me.

"I didn't leave you I was with pony and Johnny and I guess I'm better" I say shrugging

"YOU KNOW BELLA EVERY TIME IM WITH YOU I END UP GETTING HURT OR JUMPED SO I DONT THINK WE SHOULD HANG OUT ANYMORE!" Lynn yelled as I ran out her house I had tears in my eyes.

I slammed our front door and Soda,Steve,two-bit and Darry all looked at me.

"What's wrong Bells?" Darry asks.

"Oh nothing just Lynn was saying how it's always my fault she gets jumped and hurt...it's not my fault she don't know how to fight. And then she said she don't want to be friends" I say as I sobbed and went into my room.

It was the next morning I put my hair in a French braid,put on my light peach lipstick and my leather jacket and jeans.

"Good luck on that test Bella, kick it in the ass" two says

"Thanks two" I say chuckling as Johnny,pony and I began walking to school.

"Exited for your physics test?" Pony asks.

"Nah what about you guys?" I ask.

"Nope" they say.

School went by fast as I came home by myself it was just dally lying on the couch watching some show.

"Hey babe I heard about Lynn,that's shifty she ended a friendship with you..when do you get your test back tomorrow?" Dally says and asks.

"Yep and yeah we get it back tomorrow" I reply as I lay down on the couch cuddling with dally I had fallen asleep and was rudely awoken from the gang.

"Awww dally and Bella cuddling" two sings cuz he's drunk

"Ah shut it two" I say throwing a pillow at him, making him fall over.
