Chapter 19 Rumble At Last

As the sun light shined threw my windows I groaned and walked out to the living room, but before I did I put on my black leggings and a red crop top. I was dragging my self out there looking like a zombie.

"Hey Bella there's a rumble tonight at seven" Darry said reading the news paper and then he and Steve and soda went to work.

It was just me and two, I layed down and on the couch watching Mickey with him when dally bursts threw the door making me fall of the couch. He had a cut on his cheek and a few bruises.

"Dal what happened?" I asked.

"Had a fight with a soc. But I'm fine you should look at him he's worse" dally replied sitting at the table with me on his lap.

"Coming to the rumble?" I asked him.

"Hell yeah doll" dally replied the rumble kept getting cancelled until today.

"Same" I replied as dally grabbed me and pulled me down to his lap there I kissed his lips quick.as I pulled away he wanted another kissed but I got up and walked to the fridge. And that's when two came in.

"Guys I met a girl" he stated.

"Let me guess it's your beer" dally said as I giggled.

"No, no silly. Her name is Deena" two replied.

"Oh cool another girl, at least I won't be the only one suffering with guys" I said chuckling to myself as everyone looked at me.

"We're not that bad cmon" Steve said shoving a piece of chocolate like it was the last one on earth.

"Really, remember the road trip" I said as Steve just turned away.

"That was one time" Steve added.

"One terrible time in the car" Pony said.

"I'm never bringing Steve on another trip like that" Darry said reading the paper.

"Anyways I'm brining her over after supper" two said leaving the house as I walked out the door after him.

"Hey two wait up" I say running towards him.

"Yeah what up" he says coolly taking a swig of his beer.

" I'm really glad you found someone can't wait to meet her" I say running back to the house. Darry started making some chicken and pasta . Gosh we always have chickens, well almost always.

As we ate two came in with Deena, she was fairly tall, average weight looking, she had dark red hair in curls. She was wearing ripped jeans and a plaided shirt.

"Guys this is Deena, Deena that's Bella and Steve,Darry,soda,pony,Johnny and dally" two said.

"Hi" she said to all of us giving a small wave.

Deena was fighting in the rumble as well, her and I talked for what seemed forever until we had to get ready for the rumble. I just wore a white shirt and some old jeans. As her and I finished our make up we looked outside and it was lightly raining which means I can shove socs heads in the mud. We looked at the time eight O'Clock. Half hour and we'll be fighting. It is some what dark outside, the guys were also getting ready as well.

"So Deena tell me about your adventure" I say as I curled up against dally.

"Well, the socs were cornering me and I forgot my blade and that's when two came and we both fought them off and that's how we met" Deena replied sitting on two-bits lap.

"Guys after the rumble we're going to bucks" dally announced as Darry nodded, it was eight twenty five.

"Okay let's go" Darry said as we all ran outside doing flips and what not.

"Remember Bella,pony and soda if the fuzz show you beat it out of there got it?" Darry replied.

"Ain't no one gonna call the fuzz in this neighborhood cuz they no better" Steve hollered the boys were so energetic, dally was bridal carrying me there which I don't know why.

"Oh look it's the princess" Steve said laughing a little bit.

"Don't make me give you a princess punch Steven, or I will beat ya up at the rumble with the soc" I say as he gasped.

"not the soc" Steve said pretending to be scared.

"Oh yes the soc" I replied as dally put me down and we walked over to the lot to meet the shepherded gang.

"Hey Tim" I replied shaking hands with them all.

"Hey Bella" he nodded stomping on his cigarette and that's when the socs showed up.

I stood between Two-bit and Steve, Deena was on the other side of two-bit dally was only three people away from me.

As Paul came over he noticed there was me and Deena.

"Hey no girls" he said throwing his beer can to the side as I stood my ground.

"Why? Afraid girls can kick ya ass?" I said as the gang was like ooooo.

"Fine whatever don't cry when ya get hurt" he replied rolling his eyes.

"Yeah that won't be me crying it'll be you" I replied snapping my fingers.

"I'll take you on Darrel" Paul said. As he had taken the first punch the fight began immediately, a soc came over trying to punch me but I kicked him in the ribs, by now the rain began to pour, I was punching this social over and over in the eye til it was a dark shade of blue, he then slapped my face and that's when dally seen it, all I could see as I continued to fight was dally running over here. As dally and I both fought we both had taken turns beating one soc up. I noticed pony was getting beaten pretty bad, I made a run towards him shoving all the socs in the way.

I came over towards ponyboy punching his soc and kicking his head, I quickly helped pony out and we both began to fight the socs, I football tackled Paul down right before he could hit Darry, suddenly everyone stopped, everyone's eyes were set on me and Paul. It was like we were lions fighting for dominants.

As Paul had taken a swing I ducked and went under his legs and kicked him in the tailbone, as he grabbed my leg pulling me down into the mud with him I punched his nose making the red gooey liquid run, he punch my jaw making it bruise, I kicked his shins, that's when he stood up and all of them began to run away.

Dally ran over helped me up, and grabbed my face kissing me hard.

"Oh my god Bella had beat up a soc" Deena said as the gang and time shepherds all cheered and gave me quick hugs we began our way to bucks for the party......

Sorry guys I haven't updated in like forever, I've been super busy my birthday is next weds day, and my early 16th party is this weekend. And school is almost over for me yay! I just need to start getting ready for finals.
