V's Time To Shine~

Part 14

JUNGKOOKS POV//

I had been in class and did all those boring transitions from math to history and all that.

But nothing mattered more to me than Taehyung. I really wanted to text him but every chance I had, had been blown.

So I waited. Waited so impatiently.

But then after just a few classes I heard people giggling over someone on their phone.

I looked at one end of the hall and saw 3 girls hovering over a phone saying such rude names.

I went up to them and asked if I could see what they were laughing about

"O-oh. Of course. But haven't you already heard about it?" One of the girls said while handing the phone to me.

"Heard what?" I asked before looking at the phone.

"The little sh-thing got what was coming for him." The other girl had said when I gave her a stern glare.

That was when I looked at the picture which consisted of Tae.

He was on the ground bloody and crying. Bruised up too.

And standing over him ready to throw a punch was Jimin

I looked up to the girls who were blushing.

"Do you even know who this is?" I asked and they shook their heads.

"I've heard of him. O-oppa ... There were rumors going around that he was getting someones attention. Apparently he was 'going out' with the other male."

She gave me a confused look. Unsure of what she was thinking was relevant.

"But he's a p-piece of shit anyway. He doesn't deserve to live." The other girl with short hair spoke up.

"And who are you?" I asked and she clenched her hand over her chest.

"I-im Chai." She said blush dancing across her face.

"Well Chai, I wouldn't be talking. Please promise me that you will never talk about another human like that. He deserves every positive thing in his life. People like you are the reason that there's bad in the world."

She looked at me as if taken aback by my comment.

I gave back the phone and looked at Chai again.

"Plus" I say moving a strand of hair out of her face. " You're too pretty to say such ugly things."

I say and walk off to find Taehyung.

I had looked all over but still no use.

It was already the end of the school day when I started to get really worried.

I had texted him yet he had not answered. Not to a single one. Sooner or later I couldn't even send messages to him so I got worried sick.

It was already around midnight when I was about to break in tears until my phone buzzed and lit up.

I hurriedly took it out and saw Tae's number flash on the screen.

And I answered it.

"Hello?" Another mans voice echoed through.

"Who's this?"

"Ah, for that's the same question I have for you. But I'll answer first anyway. I'm a doctor. Sir Hope. Sir J-hope is the name. And you are?"

"I-i-im Jungkook... Where's Tae?"
Multiple questions were bouncing around my head that I almost didn't hear his response.

".....at the hospital. Don't worry he's fine....just a few injuries..."

"What??! I'll be right there!!"
And I hung up. I had ran to the hospital which was about 10 blocks total.

Gee. I really need a car.

Once I had gotten there I was lost. I had entered and asked if there was a patient named Taehyung and immediately was told he'd be in room 4-A.

I had gone into the elevator after god knows how long I scouted it for. Then I waited and the fear dreaded into me.

The elevator dinged signaling that its gotten to the preferred floor and I got out. So did the 3 guys behind me.

I had scouted all around and my fears were basically eating me alive. What if he got badly injured? What if he won't be able to walk? Grab things? Talk? Would he remember me?

"Um...excuse me that part of the hospital isn't open to visitors. Only staff."

I turned around and mentally slapped myself. I had wandered and hadn't paid attention to where I was going.

"Ah. Uhm...sorry. Oh! Could you possibly help me find room 4-A?"
I had asked.

"Sure!" She smiled.

I had returned the gesture and followed behind.

We had taken a looooong walk and I noticed that I practically walked across the room in my search.

"Here you go. Room 4-A."

"T-thank you."

She nodded and left.

And I slowly turned the door knob.

And I entered the room slowly.

My eyes widened to what I saw inside the room.

I didn't know what to exactly feel when I layed my eyes on the surroundings.

Contemplating whether or not maybe even how I might end this.
