CHAPTER 18

I PROMISED BUT I COULDN'T KEEP IT. I'm so sorry. But if you haven't given up yet here's the chapter you've been waiting for. (Also this is only part of the chapter I got kind of lazy and I don't want to give you guys long chapter but shitty)

Lucy's POV

"Well... There's a new guy and he used to go to Saber tooth who was looking for you and asking where you were. And he said you guys were childhood friends. And I will admit he's pretty cute. But not as cute as Gajeel. I think his name was..." Levy was guessing what this guy's name was and muttered to herself "Is it Stairs? Nope never mind." She kept guessing for about five minutes. "OHH I remember now! His name is Sting!" Levy shouted. Sting huh hmm... WAIT OMG. "LEVY does he have blonde almost to white hair?" I asked/ shouted. "hmmm yeah he does. Do you remember him?" Levy asked. "Yeah. He had a crush on me when we were little because I was the only one who made friends with him since everyone made fun of him.

*Flashback*

"Sting get lost and cry to your dad." One of the kids said. "OH wait, you don't have on ahahhahah" Everyone started laughing and Sting ran as fast as he could to his favorite secret spot. Lucy's blood was boiling and just wished the kids would leave him alone. They didn't stop laughing and.. "EVERYONE STOP IT!! JUST BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE A DAD.. DOESN'T MEAN YOU GUYS GET TO MAKE FUN OF HIM!" Lucy shouted. "you guys.." Lucy clenched her fist. ".. don't even know why he doesn't have a dad. What if his dad died? Or left him? YOU GUYS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING AT ALL." She finished. "Please apologise to him tomorrow" Lucy said in a calmer voice. Everyone felt guilt. Lucy walked away trying to find Sting. But what she didn't know he stopped running when he heard her shout and he listened to every word Lucy said. Sting went up behing Lucy and tapped her shoulder. Since lucys guard was down she got scared. "AHHHHH!" (A/N: the more I re-read this part.. curse my mind) she shouted. "SHhh calm down its just me." Sting said and looked away because he was blushing since no one has ever stood up for him. "T-Thank you for standing up for me earlier." He said. Lucy looked away "N-no problem. wAit how did you know if you were not there?" Lucy asked with a tint of pink on her cheek. "Well I heard you since you were shouting so I stopped running and hid behind the trees and listened to everything you said." Sting explained. "O-Oh alright then." Lucy said. And this was the begging of a new friendship (A/N: I'm so cliché wtf)

*flashback ends*

Lucy smiled at the thought and bumped into someone "Sorry." She bowed and looked up. "LU-LUCY?!!" "STING???!" they shouted at the same time.
