Darkness and Light possible?

Our first night together

Lucys POV
After the argument me and Rogue had with Nastu we decided to go home and sleep. When we got to Rogues home he showed me an empty room he said I could sleep there. "Thank you Rogue" I said to him with a smile he nodded and went to his room. After a while I got some of my things to take to bath, I made it quick so Rogue could shower as well. I went to my room and sat on the bed drying my hair then I heard Rogues door open and close then I heard another door open and close, I guess he was going to take a bath. After a while he went back to his room, I started to get sleepy so I went to sleep. While I was sleeping I was having a bad dream that I was being killed and woke up screaming Rogue came into my room with a scared expression. I sat there breathing hard and shaking then I hugged my knees and cried Rogue came and sat on the bed and hugged me I guess he didnt need to ask what happened. " Shh its ok Im here and as long Im here no one will hurt you ok? " he said sweetly I couldnt even say a word I just nodded my head.

Rogues POV
After leaving Lucy in her room I went into my room and sat on the bed thinking about her, then I heard the bath running so I decided to do a bit of exercise while she took a bath. After she finished I waited for her to get in her room and I headed to the bathroom to shower. As I was showering I just kept thinking of how beautiful Lucy was and how lucky of a guy I was. I got out and went to my room I dried of and turn to see Frosh sleeping calmly on the bed I smiled and layed next to him and fell asleep, not long after I was awaken by a scream I knew it was Lucys I rushed to her room she was shaking and breathing heavily then she hugged her knees and cried. I didnt have to ask what happened because I knew she had a nightmare all I did was sit by her and hug her. " Shh its ok im here and as long Im here no one will hurt you ok?" I said to her she nodded. " Hey why dont I stay with you and sleep with you tonight so you feel safe? " I asked her she looked and me with a blushing face and nodded I layed down and she layed next to me and snuggled close to me I smiled and kissed her forehead and wrapped my arm around her to hug her.

Lucys POV
After Rogue was able to calm me he asked me, if it was ok for him to stay with me tonight. The thought of him embracing me was causing me to blush severely but I nodded my head accepting his offer. He then snuggled with me and he kissed my forehead, wrapped his arms around me, as I laid there trying to sleep I felt safe within the hold of his arms. I felt protected and I knew I could rest with out worrying of the nightmares and the things that could have happened.

Rogues POV
I saw as Lucy started to drift back to sleep, I stared at her face for so long that i felt that hours just passed by. She was an angel, she was the perfect girl for me. I used to think my whole life was just going to be covered by the shadows that surrounded me and I was never going to be given the chance to see the light. The moment Lucy came into my life I started to see a small ray of light shine in the pure darkness of my world. She gave me the light I needed and you could say that within me something knew that she was meant to be mine, I will protect her no matter what. I tighten my grip around her to make sure that what I was living was real and then I fell asleep. This was the first time in my life where I felt like I had something so precious that I had to protect and that was mine and that she brought me joy.
