As the camp whirred to life at the sound of Brokenstar's call, I stood by her side. When every cat had gathered to the center of our darkened camp, my old friend began, "Cats of Sparkclan, I have received a message from Snowstar.", she paused. Hushed and shocked whispers were heard around camp as Brokenstar then continued, "So it is further settled that I shall meet Lunastar at the moonpool tonight, just as Snowstar begged. Spiritflight, I assume you want to come with?", "But of course Brokenstar...", the twitchy tom rasped. "Clan meeting adjourned, for now".
Duskstrike's POV
We are all surprised that Snowstar would still meet his daughter in her dreams after she had killed him. But deliver a message? Something's not right and I know it, I have to warn Brokenstar...
Brokenstar's POV
"Wait!", I hear as I am about to leave for a hunting patrol. "What is it Duskstrike?", I know it's him even before I turn around, "Something's not right, I don't find it sensible that Snowstar would visit you. Not after...", "I assure you, there is nothing afoot." I tell him, "It will just be Lunastar, Echowhispers, Spiritflight, and I. Maybe Snowstar, but I know what you mean. I was shocked too, seeing him stand before me like he used to, I attacked him even.... But he's not angry, just wishes he had been there to stop what he called "the destruction". He wants only there to be a meeting between Lunastar and I, and for what reason...... Not even I know...."
