I'm sure many of you have heard of the #rideforoliva movement that is sweeping Instagram.

For those of you who haven't, Olivia Ingills (if I've spelt that wrong someone please correct me) was killed at a horse show in Australia last weekend. Her horse fell on her on a jump.

Please take a minute of your time to be a part of the #rideforolivia movement in any way. Her family is going to make a collage of all the pictures. Show these people that you care. Send out condolences and love to them!

On that note, I can't say how proud I am of the equestrian community. This is a global movement to support jut one member. I'm genuinely shocked and happy to see the amount of response the family is getting! They're going to have plenty of support to weather this storm!

I understand what this family is going through. Last April, my trainer died from a heart attack. You don't realize how much of an impact a person has on you until their suddenly gone. I was numb for a long time. It was to horrible to be real.

I can't imagine how Olivia's parents are feeling and my heart goes out to them. I'm doing my best to spread the word about this and I believe you, my lovely readers, should too.

I'm very proud to be a part of such a loving community! Again, the amount of support this family is getting is incredible! If nothing else say a prayer or two for the family. Don't take people for granted and live life with an open heart.
