Chapter 12: Keep her calm

"All is falling into place.." The voice in her head said.
"What are you on about?" Rebecca asked.
"Daku knows, and her time slowly approaches. She will have her revenge,but be warned the nature of her revenge is hers to choose,but the wrong one will end up getting her killed."
"How do you know this? You aren't a random piece of me talking to myself are you?"
"You are correct. I was wondering when you'd catch on."
" I suspected when you said that one time all is as it should be,you were silent after that. So who are you? Are you like Aldur from the Belgariad series leading me down the 'good future' path?"
"Close very close. Remember in your magic class when your teacher was speaking about how some magical beings can call on other magic creatures for power or advice?"
"Yes...wait then what are you?"
"I am Naila the Seeress Princess Rebecca. I've been linked to you since the day the Ruby came into your hands."
"So that explains how you know the future. How do I keep Daku from dying?"
"When the time comes keep her calm and help her keep her head. Her heart and her head will work as one as long as emotions don't build a wall. You'll know when it's time."
"Ok..is there anything else?"
"Yes actually, try to use your trick in reverse."
"What?"
"Your past reading trick try to push instead of pull. You will get interesting results. Just don't hold on to long."
"Ummm what results will I get?"
"I want it to be a surprise. Don't worry as long as you don't hold on for more then minute you'll be fine."
"Um...okay...Ill experiment with it when I have time I guess..."
"Good. I will be silent for awhile but I haven't left."
"Um quick question how does this link thing work?"
There was no response.
The voice had left,and Rebecca was alone in the throne room once more.
