Majikku felt Asha gather around her heart, but it wasn't hers, the color was a lighter red then hers. It had a familiar feel to it but she couldn't remember where she felt it before.
She felt it growing and growing. She looked around to see if any guards were there.
She saw one but he was asleep. She broke her chains and then the lock.
She was able to gather her own Asha now but the other energy was still steadily there not growing or diminishing. She was sneaking out of the camp when she was nearly caught by piksa scout who was walking back to camp.
She very quietly put the scout to sleep and continued on her way.
She almost made a clean break when the piksa General came out of his tent and woke the whole camp. He was barking orders in piksith, the native language of the piksas.
She ran as far as she could and hid, hoping she wouldn't have to confront them, for their sake, but when she saw the had Olkiths (or Piksa scout hounds), she knew she had no choice.
She came out of hiding, gathered her Asha and brought a part of the mountain down on them. The ones that survived that kept coming, and so she sent flames their way.
Then she picked up and ran as far as she could using her magic to help speed her up.
She rested in a hidden grove for awhile, and waited to see if they were fully gone.
She waited for awhile and then realized the link was broken. The light red Asha was gone and only her deep red Asha remained.
She waited a while more and once she was sure it was clear she headed to the nearest town, which was the little town of Likoth. She bought a horse under a false name,in case the piksas decided to look for her. She gave the guards the 'suggestion' to be on higher alert and went on her way.
"I'm finally headed home." She thought happily.
