All The Attention

My whole body was aching. I just didn’t want to move. What happened last night? I don’t think I want to know. I just wanted to lay in my bed all day to cure this hangover. The problem was that I wasn’t in my bed or in my room actually. I rubbed my eyes and sat down on the bed. I looked around and saw a hotel room. It wasn’t the banal type of hotel room; it was nice and chic except for the dirty clothes on the floor. Clothes on the floor? That wasn’t a good thing. I took off the sheets from my legs and saw that I was wearing someone else's shirt. It was a big white V neck shirt. I grabbed the collar and smelled it. It smelled like a dude, but a clean dude. That was when everything from last night came back in my head. I was drunk and threw up in Harry and Niall’s car. I immediately let my head fall on the pillow behind me. I was so stupid; he probably thought that I was an alcoholic or some sort of big mess. I put my hands on my eyes, covering my face. I was so ashamed of myself but I didn’t have the time to feel sorry for myself because the door opened widely and that was when I saw Callie. She leaned on top of me with a bag of Starbucks in her hand.

‘’I bought breakfast sleepy head.’’ She grinned before turning her back to me. I sat down on the middle of the bed.

‘’Where are we?’’ I asked getting out of the bed and walking to grab a croissant on the table, she even bought coffee for me. I had the most amazing friend in the world.

‘’We are in Harry’s room, he slept in Niall’s room meanwhile he let us sleep in his bed.’’ She took a sip of her coffee before eyeing me from head to toe. ‘’His shirt looks good on you.’’

I sat down on the chair next to her and started to eat my breakfast. It was so sweet of him to let us crash in his room but I felt bad that he had to sleep with Niall because of me. But where were they? I wanted to ask Callie but she would have told me that I was falling for one of them which was completely absurd because I didn’t know them. I decided to stay quiet, eating my little croissant with my drink. She talked about how this morning she woke up and had a small chat with Niall and Harry. They dropped her off at our university so she could go get some clothes for me. She even mentioned that they wanted us to stay in the hotel because they wanted to talk to us after their interview at Musique Plus. My heart dropped a little bit, they were going to say how immature and stupid I was last night and that they couldn’t be around us because of their public image. I had to blow it. It was in my nature to blow everything up. It wasn’t new for me. I simply nodded at Callie and let my worries grow inside of me. When I finished eating, I walked to the bathroom and took a quick shower. I hated taking a shower when it wasn’t mine. I was searching for my clothes in the small bag Callie threw to me when I heard the door open and suddenly I heard loud voices. I was in the bathroom and put my ear on the door so I could listen to what they were saying. I couldn’t really tell who was speaking but they were at least 4 boys in the room. I fought to put on my leggings and my grey tank. I looked at myself in the mirror and I looked horribly tired. Of course, Callie didn’t bring any make up for me but her face was flawless. I tied up my hair before walking out of the bathroom. Everybody started to look at me so I smiled before waving at them. In the room, there was Zayn, Liam, Louis and Niall but no sign of Harry near. I was a bit disappointed but I didn’t let it show. Before they said anything, I walked in front of them and looked down at me bare feet.

‘’I’m so sorry for throwing up in your car, I will pay for the cleaning.’’ I said putting my arm behind my back. I was waiting for a reply from them but all I could hear was laughs.

‘’Don’t worry about it love.’’ Louis said putting his arm around my shoulder and slightly squeezing my shoulder.

‘’Yeah it’s nothing… we did worse than that.’’ Niall said putting his hand in his pocket.
