Nagdaan ang biyahe na pareho lang kaming nakasandal ni Fidus sa upuan. We were silent but I don't mind as long as I feel the warmth of his palm on my jean clad legs.

I was peering at him. His eyes was closed. Kaya naman pala ang tahimik niya. Natutulog siya.

Not until. "We're here." Smith said out of nowhere na ikinagulat ko.

Fidus' eyes slowly opened and boy what a sight to see.

Lumipat sa akin ang tingin niya, and he smiled. "I have a surprise for you."

Pinagbuksan ako ni Smith ng pinto at dumaan naman sa kabila si Fidus. Pagkalabas namin ay lumingkis agad ang braso nito sa aking beywang.

"Just park the car in the basement and go. I'll be driving my wife home."

"Yes sir." Yumuko ito at bumalik na sa kotse.

I turned to Fidus as soon as Smith was out of earshot.

"What do you mean? Pagkocommutin mo siya?" I ask out of curiousity.

"What do you expect? Should I make him walk the whole way home?"

Napasimangot ako sa sinabi niya. Yeah, he was such a sarcastic guy... well uhm sometimes?

"Baby, cheer up, I was just kidding."

"Okay."

We walked straight to the mall. Ang echosera lang ano? Ang dami lang naming satsat yun pala sa mall lang pala ang bagsak namin.

Hindi pa man kami nakakapasok sa loob ay nagtaka na ako.

"Bat parang tayo lang ang tao dito?" Tanong ko.

I caught him smirk, "I am the owner of the place and I want it closed just for the two of us."

Napatingin ako sa kanya with mukhang pang aasar sabi ko, "Wehhh?"

Ang jologs ko lang talaga sumagot ngayon. Napa-tss lang siya at sinimulang higitin yung kamay ko.

After quite some time that I'm staring at his gorgeous back habang naglalakad kami ay nilingon ako nito.

"Are you hungry?" His brows were pulled down into a knot.

"Galit ka ba?" I said out of curiousity and earned a big deep sigh from him.

"No." Tipid niyang sagot.

"E ano?" I asked.

"Tinatanong ko lang kung gutom ka na."

I sighed, defeated. "Hmm. Medyo?"

"Well then," sabi nito at hinila na naman ako.

Wow, yun lang naman ang kaya kong sabihin.

"Fidus, tayo lang ba talaga ang tao dito? It's creepy..." muling nangunot yung noo niya. "Upupup! Di pa ako tapos. What I'm saying is that it's creepy like we're the sole survivor from a zombie apocalypse movie but at the same time, so cool! I still can't believe that you are this rich!"

I really can't believe it and that's for a fact.

Para kasing kelan lang, he gets money from me without me even noticing. Akala ko siya nagbayad yun pala pera ko na pala.

Dumeretso kami sa Mcdo. Yes Mcdo. Not a five star restaurant. Well san ka ba nakakita ng five star resto sa loob ng isang mall?

Oh well, pinaupo niya ako sa isang table for two malapit sa bintana at iniwan ako ng wala man lang pasabi.
