Nikki's Story

Chapter Thirteen

So I decided to give Nikki her pathetic diary back to her. I wrote her a note at the end of the diary saying   "We all know I won." I know that I didn't win anything but it feels good to say it out loud. Er...I mean write it somewhere. I wonder when she'll read it. Anyways Nikki is coming right up. I shove her into her locker and put the diary on her face. 

A/N Since This is all written in the diary you can't read Mac's thoughts anymore....

I stare at the diary. I had been looking for it! I take it and walk to class. I looked around. Everyone staring at me. I wonder why... Then a kid who can't hold it back anymore starts to laugh. Out loud. I say," Why are you laughing?"  He just points at my face. Since the teacher isn't here yet, I get up and walk out of the room. 

I look at myself in the bathroom and realized that I had on bad makeup. I can't believe this. This isn't even Mac's fault. It's my sister, Briana, It's her fault. I start to get myself together and splash water on my face. Then I wipe myself and leave. When I walk in, I get 1 detention slip from Mr. Edwards. Great. This means 4 days of detention.

I wake up to find the whole class staring at me. I look up and see my math teacher staring too. This has to be the most embarrassing thing. Ever. I must have dozed off.... I see the teacher getting a pink slip. Great. Another detention. 4 days + 1 hour of detention. 

AFTER 1 HOUR OF DETENTION.....

I finally get to leave. I walk home and see no one there. I knock. My sister comes out. With MY phone. I snatch it from her and leave. I go upstairs and text Zoey. 

NIKKI: Hey, what's up

ZOEY: Nothing much

NIKKI: Okay, anyway I got 4 days of detention, which is bad

ZOEY: Yea..Okay, I got to go...

What's wrong with her? Hmm...

Ugh! Why can't anything go my way? Like seriously, no one seems to care about me for more than a minute. Plus, rumor has it that MacKenzie is leaving. I wonder if it's true.
