Chapter 10: Ancestry

"But I won't go easy on him if he attacks me again before the week is over." Yukino warned. She heard the door and perked up. "Are you back, Senshi?" She called. Aster rushed in and looked straight to Yukino.

"IS THE MY LITTLE GIRL RUBY OKAY?! THAT BASTARD BETTER NOT SPILL HER BLOOD OR EVEN TOUCH A SINGLE HAIR- NO- CELL--OR I SWEAR TO FUCKING GO--" Aster shouted until Senshi covered his mouth from behind.

"Yeah,we have 2 other guests. Aster and..." He started before Kaz suddenly appeared on the toilet seat.

"Healing well, sweet?" Kaz asked before Senshi, shielding his eyes from looking at Ruby,dragged Kaz from seeing her.

"...Kaz..." Senshi finished,the three at the doorway. Mitsurirugi was there as well.

"Kaz isn't bad..?" Ruby asked,after thinking she was about to have an heart attack twice. Aster shrugged.

"He was misinformed from other demons,thinking dragons and humans are evil. He admits that he knows better." Aster informed her. Yukino quickly pulled the shower curtain out and glared at Kaz.

"She's naked, you perv!" She growled before sighing. "But at least he's on our side, I think. And she's fine, guys." She informed them. Aster,Kaz,and Mitsu left the area to a guestroom. Senshi stuck around and sat down at the doorway.

"You holding up okay,Rube?" He asked,light concern lacing his voice. Ruby smiled. She never had a little nickname like that before,or at all.

"I've seen better days,but...thank you..."

"Ruby, didn't you want to talk to Senshi about something?" Yukino asked bluntly.

"I..I'd rather speak face-to-face....plus,my wound has healed fully..." She pointed out. Yukino shut the door and helped Ruby get dressed. They both went to Senshi, who stood up when he saw them.

"Now you can speak to him." Yukino told Ruby.

"May I do something first?" Senshi asked. Ruby nodded and he pulled her in for a hug. She rested her chin on his shoulder and hugged back. "I oughta admit it, you were on my mind the whole time I was out..." He exhaled a bit. He then hesitated when they let go. "So...uh...what is it?" Yukino grinned a bit before going to see what the others were doing, leaving the two of them alone. Aster looked at Yukino.

"So...let me think this through...Senshi's bro is a psycho and Senshi is loveable and kind. How. Does that. Work?!" Aster asked openly.

"I'm not sure, but Ruby has faith in Gared. Although, he'll be dead in a week if she can't convince me that he's good. He might be dead even sooner if he attacks anyone again." Yukino explained.Mitsurirugi frowned at his girlfriend.

"Yukino, you know that isn't a good idea." He said calmly. Kaz had a poker face.

"Hey,has Senshi kissed Ruby yet? Vise versa is pretty okay,too..." Aster twitched.

"NO...and they probably WON'T" He clarified,not wanting to think like that.

"Senshi did kiss Ruby once while I was teaching them seduction, since they're both pretty naïve. That's how that bastard beat me in class today." Yukino growled, completely ignoring Mitsu's point. She glanced at Aster, "What, do you have a thing for miss Ruby?" She asked with a smirk.

"Why would I!? I'm too focused in trying not to get a nosebleed every time its Seduction Class! Maybe you can help teach me? I understand if not." Aster said. Kaz grinned.

"Perhaps its a love square"

"Where'd you get SQUARE from?! That's 3 boys and one girl! not 2!"

"It would be a love square if Kaz was counted, but Kaz wants to fuck anything that breathes. so It would make everything at least a love triangle." Mitsu commented dryly.
