After lunch the day went by pretty fast and soon I was on the bus home. As soon as I got home my mom asked if I was going to the charity event fundraiser. "What is it for?" I asked. "The proceeds go to the Gotham orphanage." She responded.
"Sweet!, I will go. How much is it?" I hoped it wouldn't be to expensive. "It's five dollars to take your chances and get a kiss from robin." Mom replied. Now at this point you can imagine that I was probably fangirling which I was but it was on the inside on the outside I was cool but you could see a slight blush on my face. "Ok, I will go grab my money." And with that we left to the charity event in Gotham town square.

When we got to town square the area was surrounded by with guards at the entrance. So as we where checked for weapons and paid our entry fee (which the entry money was the money that went to charity). we entered the crowd of teenage girls (and a few boys) hoping for a chance with robin. I looked around the fenced off area and noticed a stage, a small stage probably only big enough to fit six people suspended in air, then I noticed a big metal bar above our heads then I connected the dots. Robin will shoot a line to the bar above us and swoop down grab some lucky girl (or boy) and bring her on stage for all of us to see as kisses her.
"Lucky girl, I wonder who it will be?" I think to myself but my thoughts are interrupted as the announcer announces that the charity event is about to begin soon. In my heart I hope it is me that is chosen but in my head I know I won't be.
"Hello people of Gotham city. welcome to the first annual charity for Gotham's orphans. Thank you all for coming and thank you for you donations. Now who is ready to try your chances of getting a kiss from robin the boy wonder!" The announcement is finally over and all you can hear for the next five minutes is the screaming of about a hundred fangirls. It so annoying and loud that I have to cover my ears so I don't go deaf. After the screaming stops Robin shoots a line (just like I predicted) and makes three circles around the crowd and I count them as he does, 1...2...3, next thing I knew I was upon the stage next to robin himself and I felt my face turn as red as his costume. Then he spoke into the microphone in his hand, "what is your name?"
"D-dixie crow" I stuttered. "That's a pretty name" he giggled "your a bird just like me. Now dixie are you ready for this?" "Ready as I'll ever be" I replied shyly.
Robin leaned in slowly and the next second I felt warm lips against mine and I kissed back. At first the kiss was slow and sweet but then he decided to deepen the kiss and I felt a wet tongue go across my bottom lip and not being in the mood to play games I gladly allowed him access to my mouth and we went into a loving battle for dominance. All I could hear was the beating of my heart and the screams of pure fangirling coming from the crowd below. I spotted my mom out of the corner of my eye and her face was even redder than mine. The kissing went on for what seemed like forever and that is how long I wanted it to last, but sooner or later we had to come up for air. When we separated we had to catch our breaths but in that instant all the memories from this morning the real morning, everything from my bad day at school to when I got knocked out in dodge ball came flooding back into my head. With all the dizzying memories filling my head I nearly fell off the stage but Robin caught my hand in time and pulled me back up.
"Wow,careful now!" Robin shouted as he caught my hand. So how was it he asked. "It wasn't how I imagined my first kiss but this was way better." I exclaimed. "First kiss huh" he sounded surprised. "Well I hope it was The best one you will ever have." So before I left I kissed him on the right cheek and whispered in his ear. "Meet me in the ally way behind the small grocery store by the town square after the event is completely over it's an emergency" he nodded and then took me back next to my mom and I waited until the event was over. When mom said it was time to leave I asked if I could stay in town square for a while and she said yes and to be home before dark. As soon as she was completely gone I went to where I said I would meet Robin and waited.
