Chapter 16

They missed me they actually missed me. They let go of me and looked at Will. Alex said,"Sil whose this?" Will walks closer to me and his fur brushes against mine. I lean against him slightly. Matthew looks at him jealous. I message Angel. This is Will. She looks at us surprised. Cole says,"Ok why is everyone so quiet Sil who is this please talk to us you were gone for only one day." We all walk inside. I wait for everyone else to walk in and Matthew closes the door before I can walk in. I look up at him confused. He walks over to me and hugs me,"I'm sorry Sil," he whispers. I debate on whether or not to phase back. He notices,"You don't have to phase back if you don't want to, but it's nothing I haven't seen before." He looks at me questionably,"Where were you?" I smile and start walking towards the woods, I turn around and look at Matthew. "Oh you want me to follow you," he says. I walk towards the clearing. I can hear Matthew following behind me. I didn't realize how far away the clearing was. I guess it's not as far when I'm running. Matthew stops and pants,"Sil can we take a break not everyone can walk as far as you." I walk over and nudge him. He looks at me,"What? Do you want me to get on your back?" I nod. "Wouldn't that hurt you though?" I shake my head and sit down next to him. He says ok and climbs on back. I get up and run to the clearing. We get to the clearing and I follow the scent trail to Wills cave. I stop at the entrance and sit down so Matthew can get off. He gets off and says,"Wow Sil you run fast, what is this place?" I walk into the cave and Matthew follows me inside. I go into Wills room and phase back to a human. I grab one of his shirts and throw it on as the door opens. Matthew walks in and stares at me. "That wolf that you brought back, this is where you found him isn't it," he says sadly. "That wolf has a name you know," I say as a sit down on his red bed. Matthew looks at me," I don't care what his name is Sil you just met him." "You probably don't know anything about him Sil , yet you've fallen head over heels for him." You don't know him Sil there could be a reason that he lives here all alone." I sigh, "Matthew your just saying this because your jealous you forget that I'm a wolf too, and he might be my mate." Matthew thinks about that for a minute,"You thought Cole was your mate and look how that ended up." He is right I thought, my relationship with Cole did end badly. Will wouldn't hurt me like that would he? "We should head back," I say the others are probably worried about us. Matthew looked me in the eye and said,"I was worried about you Sil please don't run away like that again." I knew Matthew liked me but he was worried? I don't think about it too much and phase back to a wolf. Matthew climbs on my back and we run through the forest back to Alex's house. When we get back I see Will sitting there glaring at us. He had phased and looks like he borrowed some of Coles clothes. I stopped and let Matthew get off of me. Will walked over slapped my head and yelled,"You took this guy back to my cave didn't you? I thought someone actually cared about me for once but no your just a slut. You probably only ran away to find another guy to use." Matthew shoved him against the wall,"Don't you ever call her that Sil is not a slut she ran away because her ex mate had sex with her best friend." He punched Will in the face giving him a black eye. "That was for hitting Sil go back to that cave and don't ever come back or I will make sure you never see anything ever again." Matthew dropped Will and he phased and ran back to his cave. I looked up at Matthew surprised. He kneels down and pets my head,"I had a feeling he would do something like that to you Sil."
