Chapter 22

It had to be that Dylan, I forgot about him. I should have known it was him, there isn't another Dylan in this town. Angel was kidnapped by a guy named Dylan, how could I forget something like that happened to her. He kept her in his lab for months experimenting on her. One of her other friends found her when he was out thinking of more tests to run on her. Her friend moved away a few years ago, before she found Alex. Dylan looks at her and calmly says,"You seemed to have recovered from your experience." He's a monster, he doesn't even care that she suffered. Angel looks at Matthew, who lets her into Alex's room. She comes and sits next to me and says,"Your not using Sils pup for your experiment." Alex looks at him confused,"What experiment?" Dylan looks at her and says,"It's nothing Babe don't worry about it." Angel glares at him and growls,"Tell her about your experiment she deserves to know what she's gotten herself into." Dylan looks at her and says,"I do not take orders from a previous experiment." Alex looks at Angel confused and says,"Previous experiment what is he talking about Angel?" Angel stands there staring off into the distance. I walk over and nudge her, "Angel stay with me don't think about it." She blinks a few times and is somewhat back to normal. Alex looks at me,"Sil what is going on?" "Dylan what are they talking about what experiment?" Dylan glares at me,"Ah Silver your pup what's that name you gave her again, Jewel?" I growl at him,"Her name is Juliet and your not coming anywhere near her." Alex looks at me confused,"Sil what are they talking about, he just wants to see your pup?" Matthew and I growl at him as he takes a step closer. Matthew is guarding the door so I can guard Juliet. Juliet whimpers and paws at my belly wanting food. I look at Angel and she phases. I lay down and Juliet starts feeding. Angel is guarding me just in case. It feels weird to talk while I'm a wolf, but Alex needs to know this. I look up at her and say,"Dylan kidnapped Angel and used her for one of his experiments." One of her friends found her and rescued her from his lab in the woods. She moved away a few years before you came here. Alex looked at Dylan shocked,"It's not true is it?" Dylan looked her in the eyes and said,"It's it." Alex shoves him against the wall and yells,"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ANGEL?" She grabs his shirt and throws him down the stairs. I DON'T EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE AROUND HERE AGAIN OR I WON'T BE AS MERCIFUL! He hits the floor with a crash and a moan of pain. Angel and I looked at Alex, surprised that she just did that to him. Dylan's not so graceful landing knocked him unconscious so she threw him outside. I looked at Angel,"Should we?" She didn't answer and walked downstairs. I followed her outside to find Dylan's unconscious body, and Alex no where to be seen. I sniff the air and start to track her when I get a text.
Alex: Don't try and track me I just went for a run, Dylan will leave when he comes to.
Me: Ok
I look at Angel who looks at me worried,"She's fine she just went on a run." I hear a noise coming from the woods and I smell another wolf. A jet black wolf steps out of the woods and stares curiously at us.
