Day Fifteen

Day Fifteen: You're about to marry #10. What's #1's reaction? (Kyo Sohma) (Black☆Star)

Kyo, Black☆Star, and I all meet up at the park. Of course, I'm the last one to arrive. "Hey guys!" I run over to them.

"Hey Saeko." They say in unison, then glare at each other.

"This park is so nostalgic, huh?" I think back, remembering all the good times we had together as kids. "Remember that time I fell off the swing and thought I was dead?" I grin at the rusted swingset.

"Or the time Kyo and I pretended to be princes and tried to save you from Ashlei, who was the evil Queen?" Black☆Star starts cracking up.

"Oh! Remember when Star and I fought over who was going to marry you?" Kyo cracks a smile.

"That was adorable." I nod, grabbing both their hands. "You guys got so pissed off about it, like it was actually going to happen."

"Kyo-Chan, guess what?"

"Stop calling me Kyo-Chan! And what is it?" He smiles at me.

"I watched this movie where the prince married the princess and lived happily ever after. Do you think I'll get married someday?"

"Yeah! I'll marry you!" He takes my hand.

"Really? I can be your bride?!" I cheer excitedly.

"NO! You can't be Kyo's bride!" Battle☆Star comes out of no where, stepping in between Kyo and I.

"W-What? Why not, Star-Chan?" I pout.

"Because you're gonna be my bride, Saeko! Kyo's not awesome enough to marry you." Black☆Star sticks his tounge out at the much taller redhead.

"Nuh-huh! I'm more good for her than you!"

"That's so not true!" Black☆Star stomps his foot. "Saeko totally loves me more."

I back up slowly, find Ashlei, and take her back to the boys.

"I'm definitely cuter than you!" Kyo shouts. Ashlei looks at me, confused.

"What's going on?" She asks.

"They're fighting over who's bride I'll be..." I smack my forehead.

"Fine then! Why don't we let Saeko decide?!" Both boys turn to look at me. I close my eyes. Oh god, I think to myself. What the heck do I say?!

"Uhm.. uhm.. I'll tell you in ten years~!" I sing before grabbing Ashlei's hand and running away with her.

"You know," Kyo smirks. "You never actually told us who you'd rather marry."

"Yeah, and it's been ten years!" Black☆Star agrees, grinning. "So it's me, right? You'd never marry a cat-loving freak like him."

"Cat-loving freak?! At least I'm not obsessed with myself! Come on, Saeko, you'd marry me, huh?"

They begin to argue just like they did ten years ago. I groan, not wanting to go through this again. Making sure they don't notice, I walk off to Ashlei's house, avoiding the situation all together.
