Day Ten

Day Ten: Two serial killers are hunting you down. What will #1 do? (Black☆Star)

I shroud myself in the dim alley, trying to conceal myself from my stalkers. Pulling out my cellphone, I instinctively dial a certain number. "Yo!" he answers, a smile obvious in his voice. "What's up, Saeko?"

"B-Black☆Star.." I whisper.

"Are you okay?" He sounds alarmed.

"N-No.." I take a deep breath. "Two men.. they're following me.. And with the reported murders that have been happening lately.."

"Got it. Where are you?"

"In the alley near Death Records.."

"I'll be there soon, don't worry Saeko!" And with that, he hangs up. A small smile flashes across my face.

"Where'd she go?!" I recognize the one man's voice to be one of the men following me.

"I don' know. She couldn't have gotten too far. Keep lookin'." I close my eyes and slide down the brick wall, trying to stay calm. Black☆Star will be here soon. It'll be okay. He'll save me. He'll get me out of here. Maka was right, I shouldn't have gone home by myself this late..

Suddenly, someone grabs the hood of my sweatshirt and forces me up. I scream as loud as I can, but the perpetrator's hand muffles the sound. "Thought you could get away, huh? You little bitch." The tall man laughs obnoxiously. "Ray, I found 'er!" He shouts to his colleague. The one addressed as Ray finds us and smirks.

"Good job. Now, les' have a look see at this fine little thing.." He eyes me over, a sickening smile plastered on his gross face. "You're tiny, I almost feel bad.." His hand brushes over my hips. I try as hard as possible to get away.

"I-If you felt bad.. you wouldn't do this.." I feel tears swell up in my eyes.

"I said almost.." He chuckles, grasping my side with his hand. I bite on my cheek to keep from yelling.

It feels like he's trying to break my ribs.. Black☆Star, please hurry..

"Mmm, so what should we do with her?" Ray asks his friend.

"Oh, I know what you're thinking.." They both laugh, staring at me.

"You won't be doing anything to her!" Black☆Star appears at the end of the alley.

The guys look at each other and start cracking up. "You're almost as small as she is!" The unnamed one almost falls on the ground, laughing harder than he should be. "You can't do shit, kid!"

I cling to Black☆Star's arm. "I love you.." I whisper, my face turning red.

"Hmm? What'd ya' say, Saeko?" He looks down at me, a wide grin on his face.

"Wha-? I said thank you!" My blush worsens.

"Then why's your face all red? Huh?" He winks at me. I shake my head, a smile on my lips. "I know what you said. I love you too." He pats my head. "You're just fun to mess with."
