My dad was pissed when Alpha Duke and his son Dylan came for an unexpected visit. Because I was an Omega I had to be doing the chores that Lena would have done. I also didn't have any help because my father had done the unspeakable to my older brothers Sebastian and Sky. When Lena had escaped they had stuck up for her and ended up in the cells beneath the house. I was dismissed to make sure Sky and Sebastian were ok while the Alpha's talked.

When I stepped off the last step and turned the light on I could hear grumbles from prisoners as they were awoken from the bright lights in the hallway. I walked down the middle of the aisle and averted my eyes from the men and women who had betrayed packs and broken and committed laws. I made a right turn when the aisle forked and only two cells where occupied on this hall. I continued to walk until I got to the end. I looked right and saw my brothers in side by side cells. They stared at me through sunken eyes. In the month they were locked up they went from built and strong to skin and bone.

"What do you want Taylor." Sebastian spat glaring at me.

"Dad sent me down here because he has a visitor." I said sitting down and leaning against the cell behind me.

"Who?" Sky asked.

"Alpha Duke and his son Dylan from the Black Moon Pack." I replied.

They looked at each other through the bars.

"You heard of them?" I asked.

"Yea, Dylan is Lena's mate." Sky answered.

"Well he won't find her here, he might not even find her." I said.

"You're siding with them?" Sebastian asked anger slipping into his tone.

"If she hadn't left she would still be here. We could still be a family and her friends would still be talking to us." I said.

"You mean Robin would be talking to you, since she still talks to us." Sky said.

I glared at them. "This isn't my fault!" I yelled at them.

"You didn't want her to fight Richard, you wanted her to stay here, but you knew what they were doing to her and you still wanted her to stay." Sky said.

"Taylor you can come back up they're gone." my dad mind linked me.

I stood up and walked away without another word to them. When I closed the steel door behind me and made my way back upstairs. Sky and Sebastian's words echoed inside my head.

I realized that they were right and that if Lena had stayed here they would have killed her. When I got back to the main floor I finished cleaning the living room and went back upstairs where I shared a room with my twin brother Tyler.

"What's wrong with you Taylor?" my brother asked when he came in later and found me on the floor in a puddle of tears.

"It's a-a-all my fault that sh-she's g-gone!" I sobbed.

He walked over and stared down at me. "You're right, it is your fault, you wanted Lena to stay here and then Richard would kill her anyway. So I hope you're happy little sis." and with that he left the room and back downstairs.

I was in shock that my brother would actually blame something like that on me. At one point he didn't even care what happened to Lena but know here he is sticking up for her and hating me. I got up, dried my tears and headed downstairs.

I found him in the library. "What the hell Tyler? I thought you didn't care about Lena as much as me, Sebastian, and Sky did. What made you change you're mind?" I asked standing in front of him.

"They told me what was really going on and before I could make it up to her she ran off. I'm glad she did too because I overheard dad talking about what he would have done to her if she had stayed." he said looking up at me.

"And what would that be?" I asked.

"I heard him say that he was going to give her to the rogues as a sort of "peace offering" to keep them away from our pack. But now he doesn't have her anymore which is why he has our brothers in the cells. I think he plans to give them to the rogues as a replacement." he said.

"Anything else?" I asked uncertainty.

"Yes. We are going after her, whatever it takes, our dad wants her back here before Dylan finds her, if that happens he could lose everything that he's done because Lena will tell her story to Dylan's father and then he will come here." he said.

I stood in shock while my brain thought about this information and then I came to a realization. "He could start a war." because of dad.

"Yes and he'll be able to as well with the proof of Lena's condition." he said.

"But she could be healed by the time she gets to them." I said.

"Yes but there is always the scars from the whip, and how would they not believe her, she cant make that stuff up." he said closing his book and standing.

"Goodnight Taylor." he said before going around me and walking out of the room.

I went up several minutes later to give him time to change and found him already asleep. "Goodnight Tyler, I'll see you in the morning." I whispered before I too climbed into bed without changing and fell asleep.

That night I dreamed of Lena running through the woods being chased by our pack with dad at the lead in his large black wolf. Next were the Betas and a few other members I couldn't place and last was me and Tyler in our matching light brown wolves running side by side and helping aid in Lena's chase. It was more of a nightmare than a dream really.
