As the sun started to sink towards the horizon I turned to tell Lena that we should be leaving soon and saw that she was asleep. Instead of waking and making her shift I carried Lena back to the house in my wolf form. Every time she shifted we stopped and rolled a shoulder or leaned forward do she wouldn't fall off. We moved slowly moving between the trees and around rocks that we would have normally jumped over. "I'm surprised she hasn't woken up yet. Is it her wolf or is this normal?" Alex asked in my head. "Don't know, I'm only doing this because she still needs to recover from her past." I answered.

We went silent and as we neared the house a few other pack members were still out and gave questioning looks until they saw her sleeping in which they just nodded and continued. "Hey Lexi could you open the door for me please?" I asked her through the link.

"Why can't you open it yourself and why are you asking me in this way you have a phone for a reason." she responded.

I turned my head and sent her a mental picture of Lena. "Ah ok I'll be right there." she then went silent and a minute passed before the door opened. She stood to the side to let me in and I was surprised to see Sebastian and Sky sitting at the counter.

"The doctor suggested we get some exercise to help us heal and keep our legs from stiffening up." Sky answered.

I nodded in acknowledgement before starting for the stairs.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Sebastian get up and walk over before scooping up Lena and carried her upstairs. I followed him up before leading him down the hall to the room she was using. He placed her on the bed before walking out of the room without another word closing the door behind him. I headed back to my room where I shifted and changed clothes before heading back downstairs.

"There's been a threat toward your pack. Richard is going to declare a war against us if we don't hand over Lena." Sebastian finally spoke when I came back into the room.

"When did this happen?" I asked annoyed I wasn't told about this earlier.

"Earlier this evening, we have a few people that were part of Lena's original pack and one of them contacted us. He's also asking the rogues for help and that he is going to hand Lena over in return for help since we have a larger pack then he does." Sky answered.

"Well I guess we have to alert the pack tomorrow and do the ceremony for Lena to become an official member of the pack." I said.

"We're doing one for Sebastian and Sky as well. But it's not going to as large, more of a private ceremony." Lexi said.

I nodded knowing that it was the only reasonable thing we could do since Richard would have them killed if he saw them again. "That's good." I said. "Well it's late and with this new information we have a long day tomorrow. So I'm going to bed, I'll see you tomorrow." I said leaving the room and going back upstairs.

When I got back upstairs Lena was sitting on the edge of my bed. "Is it true? Is it true that he's going to declare a war if you don't hand me over?" she asked quietly.

"Yes." I said closing the door. "But you're safe here and you'll be part of the pack properly tomorrow." I said walking over and sitting next to her.

"I know I heard. Also thank you." she said.

"For what?" I asked.

"For doing the same for Sky and Sebastian. You hardly know them but yet you're still going to let them be part of the pack." she answered.
