Morning Lou!! I want to kno when and where to talk

Louis groaned at the notification sound from his phone and grabbed it as he rubbed his eyes. He sighed when he saw it was from Liam and typed out a reply.

It's too early !! What are you doing up so early ? But you can come over later I'll call you

He threw his phone aside and closed his eyes, hoping to get more sleep. It was only 6 in the morning and Louis felt it was going to be a long day.

His phone made a ringing sound once again and Louis was about to scream.

Sorry if I woke u up!! 🙈

Louis didn't reply to the message, but instead groaned and covered his head with his pillow. "Can't even sleep," Louis mumbled to himself and dragged himself out of the bed. It is going to be a long day.

It's now the evening and they still haven't talked. Louis spent the whole day cleaning his place and watching cook shows while eating Chinese takeout. He completely forgot about the talk until his doorbell rang. He skipped to the door and opened it to see Liam standing there, with roses.

"What- why?" Louis asked, in disbelief. "Thought it was nice, they were on sale," Liam spoke, with a smile. Louis continued to stare at him and the roses until Liam cleared his throat. "I know it seems extra, I wanted to bring something for you, but I really want to talk to you. I've come to say sorry for hurting you and I think I figured out something." Louis nodded, still in disbelief, "All right, just come in."

They're now sat on the couch and Liam was the first one to talk, "I know I've been so confusing and frustrating to you, I can see that now. I've done some thinking, though. I am attracted to you, that's what I know for sure. I've always saw myself to be 100% straight, and there's just something about you that just makes me feel, you know, not straight. I obviously can't figure out my sexuality, but yes, I really do like you. Oh God, I don't even know what I'm talking about. In conclusion, I do love you and I'm an idiot."

Liam was out of breath from talking rapidly and he was afraid to look at Louis' reaction, but he looked at him anyway. Louis didn't look mad or upset, he had a smile and he was fond of Liam.

"You're not an idiot, I mean you are an idiot for messing with my feelings, but you aren't an idiot for being confused with your sexuality. I was exactly like you a year or two ago. I tried to convince myself I'm not this or that, but at the end, I said 'fuck it' and was proud of finding out who I am and I'm still proud. It's completely fine, Liam. Don't go too hard on yourself and you will figure it all out soon. Promise."

Liam let out a sigh of relief and grinned, "Thank you, Lou. Really, thank you. I still want to apologise for everything, though. Are we good?" Louis nodded, "Yeah, we're fine." Liam was completely relieved and happy, he was so scared of losing Louis and not being able to talk to him ever again.

The whole night they talked about other things, feeling comfortable with each other. They laughed, they smiled, they hugged. They're back to being a happy duo.

"So, is it all right to take you on some other day? An actual date?" Liam asked, hoping he didn't ruin the moment. Louis rubbed his chin, pretending to think. "I don't know, I consider this a date."
