I held my kids close to me. I missed Phoenix Drop. It had been like a month. Malachi looked at me. I somehow understood. He has a plan. I trust him. He is a really smart kid. No words were spoken. Levin drifted off into a peaceful sleep. Luna did soon after. Malachi attempted to keep awake but soon fell asleep. I could feel myself drifting off as well. I didn't hold back. I hadn't gotten much sleep that night. I felt myself slip into darkness.
Zane's POV
I walked into the room. Aphmau was asleep. So were her kids. I let out a sigh. I signaled the guards. I told them my plan. They nodded. I picked up Luna. Aphmau stirred slightly. Luna wrapped her arms around my neck. Sleepily she quietly asked "Daddy?". I shrugged it off. She was probably not fully aware of what she was saying. Though it stilled irked me. I left Aphmau in the room. We still had a wedding to put on. Luna, Levin, and Malachi were my key to getting it. Aphmau had a weak spot for kids. She would have to listen to me know if she knew her precious daughter and two sons were at stake. Of course I would actually hurt Luna or her two sons. She still is my daughter after all and they were soon to be my step-sons. I would just say I did. I may be cruel but not that cruel.
Malachi's He fell for it. I looked asleep but really I was fully awake. My plan was going in the way I wanted it too. I began to replay the plan in my mind. It was almost fool-proof at this rate. I even had a backup plan. Mom hold tight we will get you back to Phoenix Drop.
