Zenix and a couple other shadow knights stood outside the cell I was in. "Well, look what we have here. Lord Aphmau. I wonder how Laurence is going to react to this" Zenix laughed. I attempted to speak. Silence echoed the cell. The group of shadow knights laughed cruelly. Zenix spoke again "We silenced you so we didn't have to hear you speak or scream. That makes it harder to find you. So, just in case, Laurence or Garroth comes, they can't get to you in time". I struggled a little when they unlocked the cell door. Then I felt something hit me over the head. I blacked out.
I woke up in cell again. I heard people speaking outside. "I can hardly believe it". "Do you think they did the ceremony right". "They have done it countless times before". "Your right, but how could she not become a shadow knight". Then the voices went silent. I heard footsteps enter the door. I saw a pair of blue eyes meet mine. They wore a hood to cover their face. I felt myself black out again. Man, I gotta stop blacking out.
