Chapter 4: The Royal Wedding

Applebloom and Sweetie Belle discovered that they were pregnant by their coltfriends, Princess Twilight Sparkle's Dragon assistant, Spike and Button Mash, a kind-hearted Earth Pony stallion. Sweetie Belle was then cruelly abandoned by her parents, Cookie Crumbles and Hondo Flanks, for becoming an unwed teenage mother, thankfully for Sweetie Belle, Rarity had no intention of abandoning her little sister and Sweetie Belle's coltfriend, Button Mash valiantly promised to stand by his marefriend and unborn daughter.

Finally, Trixie Lulamoon, who was now pregnant and her new husband, Lightstarr, the homicidal Changeling-Pony who was responsible for nearly killing Princess Twilight Sparkle at their doomed wedding in Canterlot, made their unexpected and unwelcome return to Ponyville, so that Lightstarr could begin his dangerous plan of evil against Twilight. This new plot against the pregnant Princess of Friendship, was putting the lives of Twilight, the Mane Six, her friends, the innocent citizens of Ponyville and Twilight's unborn foal in serious danger.

Now, let's continue with the story.

When Discord overheard Lightstarr's plan to attack Princess Twilight Sparkle and her unborn foal, at the pregnant Princess of Friendship's upcoming wedding to her Royal Guard fiancé, Flash Sentry, the Dracconequus immediately teleported to Canterlot, in order to inform Princesses Celestia and Luna about the extremely dangerous plan that Lightstarr was plotting against Twilight. Celestia was becoming increasingly worried about Twilight and her unborn foal's safety, so she decided that extra security measures were to be enforced immediately, extra Royal Guards were going to be deployed at Twilight and Flash's Royal Wedding, which the Princess of Friendship had personally moved back 2 months, as she wanted to allow Applejack and Pinkie Pie to have some time to give birth to their foals and to fully recover and to pile even more stress and annoyance onto Twilight, her older brother, Shining Armour, the Prince of the Crystal Empire, had also decided to create a special forcefield, which was going to be placed around Canterlot for the Royal Wedding, the forcefield was the exact same one that he had placed on Canterlot, at his and Princess Cadance's wedding, which was almost ruined, when the Changeling's leader, Queen Chrysalis, ponynapped Princess Cadance and then disguised herself as the Princess of Love, in order to feed her Changelings on the love of the wedding guests and the Royal couple. Princess Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Diamond Tiara and the Cutie Mark Crusaders were now 7 months pregnant, this meant that their partners, or in Scootaloo's case, her parents, were trying to keep them out of stressful situations, much to the expectant mother's frustrations and annoyance, elsewhere in Ponyville, Applejack and Pinkie Pie were now due to give birth to their foals any day now, which was making their respective partners, Cheese Sandwich and Rarity, worry that the slightest movement would cause them to go into labour.

Pinkie Pie was currently absent from the group in Ponyville, as she had been invited to her older sister, Limestone Pie's birthday, at her parents Rock Farm, in Pinkie's hometown of Rockville, which was situated in Western Equestria, the only problem with this, was that Rockville was pretty far away, especially for a heavily pregnant mare, but, Pinkie was determined to attend Limestone's birthday party, despite the fact that she had been repeatedly told to take it easy by her friends, Nurse Mane Goodall, one of the Midwives at Ponyville Hospital, the Cake's and her coltfriend, Cheese Sandwich. Pinkie's foal was due to arrive any day now, this left Cheese Sandwich with no choice, but, to travel to Rockville with Pinkie, to the Pie family's Rock Farm, so that he could be there, in case Pinkie suddenly went into labour while she was away from Ponyville, this left Mr. and Mrs. Cake with a minor staff shortage, but, luckily for Cake's, they had their twin children, Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake, on hoof to help out with the baking and the orders and Fluttershy and Discord's Chaos Magic, Earth Pony daughter, Screwball, had volunteered to help with all of the deliveries, by using her magic to instantly teleport to the delivery locations.
