Mermaid Lagoon

( Pan's point of view)

I woke up to the smell of fire, I bolt out of bed and ran down to the center of camp. I stopped what I was doing, I see Raven next to a fire with a freshly caught deer, I hide behind some trees so she doesn't see me. I can hear her humming but I don't disturb her, I already know the extent of her anger. Some of the lost boys are now waking up, they are running for the same reason I thought too. They all start smiling like idiots, all the lost boys hair is crazy and spread in every which way. Some are still rubbing sleep out of their eyes. They all sit down on the logs waiting for breakfast," Pan I know your there I've sensed you a while ago, no sense hiding now." I hear Raven say, I totally for got she has magic too. I walk out from behind the tree and stood behind some of the boys. Raven then poured food in to bowls for the boys. Felix now gets out of his tree, his hair is not as bad as most of the boys, but his scar is easily seen in the day light. He slowly makes his way to us and grabs a bowl and starts eating. " Mmm."
Both Felix and I eat while standing away from everyone else. " it tastes just like the stuff in the orphanage back home." Felix says and Raven drops her bowl.
I look at her " Raven is any thing wrong?" I say, but Raven just stairs at Felix.
" Fix?" Raven says, " Birdy!" Felix says. Raven then runs across camp and jumps into Felix's arms, he spins her around. When he puts her down they hug for a while.
"What the hell is going on?!" I ask, the break up the hug, Raven is grinning. " Pan she is the girl I told you about." Felix says to me, " Birdy why did you stop coming, I thought something happened." Felix said to Raven, completely ignoring me.
"I was dragged on a 5 year trip with my mother,and when I got back you weren't there, everyone said you were taken. Now I see you've become Pan's right hand man, I'm just so glad you are alive." They continue hugging, Raven wipes some tears from her cheeks.
So the girl that Felix was best friends with was Raven. Then i saw it, I saw Felix smile, an actual full teeth smile, and Raven did to. My jaw nearly hit the floor, I was happy that Felix was smiling, but I was kinda mad that Raven was smiling at Felix and not at me.

" I think this is cause for a celebration." Nibs whispers in my ear, I smile, yes it is.
"Boys, we will be celebrating tonight, and I want one of the biggest fires I have ever seen." I say to everyone, all the lost boys start running everywhere gathering fire wood. " You're in for a treat tonight." I hear Felix say to Raven.
" now you two, I need you to help me find something that had been bothering me." I say to Raven and Felix.

(Raven's point of view)

I looked at Felix, why would the great and powerful Pan need our help? " What are we going to help you find?" Felix asks Pan.
Pan smiles his 'we are all going to die in his arms' smile," the shadow."
"What?" I turn to Felix , he is white and looks like he just saw a ghost.
" He wants us to help him find his shadow." Felix said while looking at the ground.
"His what?!?! Do you want to kill us Pan?! Your shadow is unpredictable and very quick to kill!" All Pan did was nod, " I know my shadow is deadly but you know more than you lead everyone else to believe. Isn't that right Raven." I stared at Pan 'does he know, of course he knows he's Pan! Crap I think he knows. ' I think to my self.
" Raven what does Pan mean?" Felix says to me, crap.
"nothing I got to go." And with that I transform into a neverbird and fly away.

( Pan's point of view)

She turned into a neverbird and flew away, so she was the neverbird in the echo caves. I turned back to Felix and the other lost boys," well get back to work!" Felix stopped me.
"what about Raven and your shadow?" I looked at him," don't worry I got this covered, stay at camp and make sure every thing here doesn't get messed up." Felix nodded and with that I flew of to find Raven.

(back to Raven's point of view)

I flew as fast as I could, I landed at mermaid lagoon. I transformed into a mermaid with blonde hair, a teal blue tail, a golden bra, and clear blue eyes. I swam lower in the lagoon so Pan wouldn't see me if he flew over. I ran ( or should I say swam) into some mermaids but we became friends when I said that though Pan is somewhat cute he is annoying and stupid. The mermaids agreed to hid me and keep my secret that I'm a girl from Pan if he comes to the lagoon, they also said that I can come back any time I like, if Pan does find me. Just then a mermaid came swimming to us rather fast screaming, " Pan's here!" We quickly got the mermaid to calm down, " I was swimming in the cove when Pan landed in the sand, he started yelling at me to get the highest authority." The mermaids nodded, and soon the queen with some other mermaids, went to the surface. I fallowed behind them and once we surfaced, I hid behind a big rock and listened into the conversation:

"What do you want Pan"

"I was just wondering if you saw a girl go by, she has blonde hair."

"No I have not seen a girl."

"Well what about a never-bird that was all alone."

"No I have not, may I ask why you are searching for these things."

"Well this girl has the ability to transform and she belongs to me."

"Are you sure that's the only reason?"

"Well she is powerful, and worth a lot of money."

"That's all?"

"No, she is also useful for a last resort hostage."

That was all I stuck around to hear, I swam back down to the mermaid castle. ( back to the conversation...)

"Is there any thing else Pan."

"Ugh fine, she also gets along well with the lost boys. And made them smile."

"Pan there is something you aren't telling me about the girl."

"She is the daughter of the evil queen."

"And.."

"And I kindofthinkshe'scute. "He slightly turned red and rubbed the back of his head.

"I knew there was something."

"Just tell me if you see her, I need to make sure she is safe, I don't want Hook to find her."
(End of conversation)

I swam to one of the princess, " how did it go?" " well I didn't stay for all of it, but Pan just wants to find me so he can use my for money and as a hostage."
" Poor thing come here, it must suck to be thought of as a object that can just be used." She said as she hugged me. " You can stay as long as you want Raven." I smiled
" I think I will stay for a while just to mess with Pan, but I will eventually have to go back."

( Narrator's point of view)

Raven stayed with the mermaids for around three weeks. She spent most of those days learning as much as she could about Neverland, Pan, and every thing in between. She did spend some time playing with the princess. Felix on the other hand suffered from Raven's absence, he barely ate, and almost never slept. Pan wasn't as bad, but the absence of Raven did have a negative effect on him. the lost boys did spent most of their time searching for Raven. However, the lost boys ate well and slept normally, and did try to have their leaders do the same but it was pointless.
